المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة الموجهين التربويين لنموذج التوجيه الإبداعي من وجهة نظرهم ووجهة نظر معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي. ولتحقيق هدف هذا البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (317) معلما وموجها تربويا، منهم (255) معلما و (62) موجها، وتم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (34) بندا موزعين على ثلاثة مجالات وتطبيقها على أفراد العينة. وأظهرت النتائج الاتي: - إن درجة ممارسة الموجه التربوي لنموذج التوجيه الإبداعي من وجهة نظر معلمي الحلقة الأولى ومن وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين كانت متوسطة على الاستبانة ككل وفي كل مجال من مجالاتها. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي استجابات المعلمين واستجابات الموجهين على بنود استبانة ممارسة الموجه التربوي لنموذج التوجيه الإبداعي لصالح الموجهين. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة الكلية على بنود استبانة ممارسة الموجه التربوي لنموذج التوجيه الإبداعي تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المؤهل العلمي الأعلى، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لسنوات الخبرة.

The aim of this research is to define the degree of the educational supervisors' practice of the creative supervision model from their point of view and the point of view of key stage one teachers in basic education. In order to achieve the aim of this research ،the descriptive method was used. Research sample consisted of (317) teachers and educational supervisors, (255) teachers and (62) supervisors, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (34) items divided into three fields and applied to the sample members. The results showed the flowing: _ The degree of practice of the educational supervisor of the creative supervision model from the point of view the key stage one teachers and from the point of view of the educational supervisors was medium to the questionnaire as a whole and in each of its fields. _There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of teachers and the responses of the supervisors on the questionnaire of the educational supervisor's practice of the creative supervision model in favor of the educational supervisors. _There are statistically significant differences between the average of respondents' degrees of the total sample members on the questionnaire of the educational supervisor's practice of the creative supervision model due to the variable of the scientific qualification in favor of the higher academic qualification, and there are no statistically significant differences due to the variable years of experience.
