هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير التوجيه المهني بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي في مصر، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الدراسة الاستبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: ضعف ملائمة خريجي التعليم الصناعي لسوق العمل، ضعف أدوار وحدة تيسير الانتقال لسوق العمل، تحقيق أهداف التوجيه المهني بنسبة متوسطة، تحقيق الجهات المانحة لأدوارها بنسبة متوسطة، ارتفاع نسبة المعوقات التي تواجه تطوير التوجيه المهني بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي في مصر.
Objectives of the study Dynamics of Developing Career Guidance in Industrial Secondary Education in Egypt, This study is based on analytical descriptive approach Study results: 1- The first axis (the suitability of industrial secondary school graduates to the labor market are suited to the labor market)It was found that the members of the study sample agree on the first axis, which is "low". 2 - The second axis.. The role of the unit facilitating the transition to the labor market in the development of career guidance services in industrial secondary education in Egypt, (roles of facilitating the transition to the labor market unit) which is "low", (objectives of vocational guidance), which is "average". 3 - The third axis. ..(the role of donors in the development of career guidance services in industrial secondary education in Egypt), which is "average" 4- The fourth axis (obstacles to the development of career guidance services in industrial secondary education in Egypt). and with a general average.
