The role of the unit facilitating the transition to the labor market in the development of career guidance services in industrial secondary education in Egypt, (roles of facilitating the transition to the labor market unit) which is "low", (objectives of vocational guidance), which is "average". 3 - The third axis. ..(the role of donors in the development of career guidance services in industrial secondary education in Egypt), which is "average" 4- The fourth axis (obstacles to the development of career guidance services in industrial secondary education in Egypt). and with a general average.

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير التوجيه المهني بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي في مصر، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الدراسة الاستبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: ضعف ملائمة خريجي التعليم الصناعي لسوق العمل، ضعف أدوار وحدة تيسير الانتقال لسوق العمل، تحقيق أهداف التوجيه المهني بنسبة متوسطة، تحقيق الجهات المانحة لأدوارها بنسبة متوسطة، ارتفاع نسبة المعوقات التي تواجه تطوير التوجيه المهني بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي في مصر.
