المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الاعتماد المؤسسي بمدارس منطقة الباحة في ضوء معايير المركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي، والتعرف على درجة توفر متطلبات تطبيق الاعتماد المؤسسي في مدارس منطقة الباحة في ضوء معايير المركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس، والكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على متطلبات تطبيق الاعتماد المؤسسي بمدارس منطقة الباحة في ضوء معايير المركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة)، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع قائدات مدارس منطقة الباحة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للدراسة، واستعانت الباحثة بالاستبانة المكونة من (54) فقرة كأداة للدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها: تم التوصل إلى (54) متطلب موزعة على ثمانية مجالات رئيسة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على درجة توفر متطلبات تطبيق الاعتماد المؤسسي بمدارس منطقة الباحة في ضوء معايير المركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات، أهمها: تشجيع البحث العلمي لإجراء البحوث والدراسات التي تهتم بتطبيقات الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي، وتدريب قيادات وإدارات المدارس على كافة مستويات معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد لزيادة معرفتهم وفهمهم لمتطلبات تحقيقها.

This study aimed at identifying the requirements of applying the institutional accreditation in Al-Baha schools in light of the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA), identifying the degree of availability of the requirements of applying institutional accreditation in Al-Baha schools in the light of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation from the point of view of school female leaders, and investigating the existence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the responses of the sample members to the requirements of applying the institutional accreditation in Al-Baha schools in light of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation according to the variable (years of experience). The research community consisted of all the female leaders of Al-Baha schools. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method as a method of study and a questionnaire consisted of (54) items as the study tool. The study concluded many results, the most important of which were: (54) requirements were reached in eight main fields. The results showed There were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetical means of the responses of the sample members of the study on the availability degree of the requirements of applying the institutional accreditation in Al-Baha schools in light of the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation for according to years of experience. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which were: to identify the elements of applying quality assurance standards and academic accreditation in the educational process, to encourage scientific research to conduct research and studies that address quality applications and academic accreditation, and to train school leaders at all levels of quality assurance and accreditation standards to increase their knowledge and understanding of their requirements.
