520 |b Design/methodology/approach – In order to measure each independent variable with each dependent variable simple linear regression was used. Consumers’ purchasing intention to buy organic products will be measured using the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior. It will investigate how the proposed relationship between and among variables determines the purchase intention for organic products. Extensive literature review generates insight and organizes evidence of critical relationship among variables. In order to measure each independent variable with each dependent variable simple linear regression was used. Data would be collected through a self-administered questionnaire survey of Bangladeshi consumers, aged over 20. Five point likert scale items to measure the strength of six hypothesized relationship, would be presented to the respondents. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 18 was used to analyze the data. Findings – This study aims to determine the relationship between price willingness and purchasing intention (subjective norms and PBC ) to buy organic products by using TPB.SPSS was used to analyze the data of simple linear regression. The findings of the study revealed that both Perceived behavioral control and subjective norms are affected by price willingness with confident 95% as there p-value is less than 0.05.
