المستخلص: The aim of this research is to investigate how employer branding practices impact organization citizenship behavior of employees, the data collection was performed using a survey that was conducted on a sample 367 academic staff members working in private higher education sector, the research employs correlation and regression analysis to determine the impact of employer branding practices on organization citizenship behavior, the study understand the role of EB practices from existing staff perspective in the educational sector operating in Egypt. The results were analyzed using statistical package for social sciences version 16 and revealed a weak significant impact of EB practices on OCB.
