This research aims to explore the impact of applying High performance work system that is explained and discussed in the research and if it might affect the engagement of the employees in the agency understudy. The results showed that the agency under study needs to work more on increasing and enhancing the communication channels among workers, also to work on the motivation, compensation and benefits for the employees. The findings of this research provide information as to what changes can be made so that employees will be more engaged. |
