المستخلص: Cet article traite de la relation interpersonnelle enseignant-apprenant, qui est la résultante du profil de l’enseignant, de la nature de la tâche et du milieu socioculturel d’appartenance des élèves en classe de français de 3ème année primaire au niveau de deux établissements socio- culturellement différenciés. Nous nous sommes penchée sur la gestion de cette relation interpersonnelle par l’enseignant et son impact sur l’enseignement/apprentissage du français à travers les choix de ce dernier en termes de registre discursif, de déictiques, de formulation du questionnement, son occupation du temps de parole…etc.

تبحث هذه الدراسة في العلاقة بين المعلم والمتعلم، والتي هي نتاج أسلوب المعلم، وطبيعة المهمة والانتماء الاجتماعي والثقافي للطلاب، في قسم الفرنسية في الطور الابتدائي على مستوي مؤسستين مختلفتين ثقافيا واجتماعيا. وينصب اهتمامنا على الطريقة التي ينتهجها المعلم لإدارة العلاقة مع الآخرين وتأثيرها على تدريس وتعلم الفرنسية من خلال اختياراته المتعلقة بالسجل الخطابي والضمائر وصياغة الأسئلة واحتلاله لزمن الكلام.

This article looks at the teacher-student interpersonal relationship, which is the result of the teacher's profile, the nature of the task and the belonging socio-cultural environment of the pupils in French classroom at the primary level by two socioculturally distinct schools. We looked at the teacher management of the interpersonal relationship and its impact on the teaching / learning of French through the choices of the latter in terms of discursive register of deictic, the formulation of questions, its occupation of speaking time...and so on.
