|a استهدف البحث استقصاء العلاقة بين المعرفة الضمنية والتفكير الحاذق لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة بغداد بلغ عددهم (510) طالب وطالبة، منها (255) طالب، و(255) طالبة، اختيروا بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ذات التوزيع المتناسب تضمنت أدوات البحث بناء مقياس للمعرفة الضمنية ومقياس للتفكير الحاذق، تم التحقق من صدق وثبات كليهما وأخضعت الأدوات إلى إجراءات التحليل الإحصائي تمت معالجة البيانيات احصائيا باستخدام برنامج الحقيبة الاحصائية (spss) وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى المعرفة الضمنية أعلى من متوسط المجتمع وبذلك فإن طلبة جامعة بغداد يتمتعون بدرجة عالية في المعرفة الضمنية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التفكير الحاذق اعلى من مستوى متوسط المجتمع وبذلك فإن طلبة جامعة بغداد يتمتعون بدرجة عالية في التفكير الحاذق، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المعرفة الضمنية والتفكير الحاذق، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العلاقة الارتباطية بين المعرفة الضمنية والتفكير الحاذق لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير النوع ولصالح الذكور، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العلاقة الارتباطية بين المعرفة الضمنية والتفكير الحاذق تعزى لمتغير التخصص وللصالح العلمي وفي ضوء النتائج توصلت الباحثتان إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

|b The study aims at finding out the relation between Implicit Knowledge and the Smart Thinking among university of Bagdad sample consists of (510) males and femles students (255) were males and (255) femles who were choose the random stratified method the distribution of disproportionate the research tools included building a measure of the Implicit Knowledge and a measure of the Smart Thinking have been the Validity and reliability of both and submit the performance to the statistical analysis and data statistics are processed using statistical analysis and data statistical pouch program (spss) there results showed that level Implicit Knowledge higher than the average of society and thus the university student of Bagdad enjoy of the Implicit Knowledge the results also that level Smart Thinking higher than the average of society and the university student of Bagdad enjoy of the Smart the results also There are statistically significant positive relationship between the Implicit knowledge and Smart Thinking There are statistically significant differences between the Implicit Knowledge and smart thinking according to the gender for male and specification variables for specialization. in light of the results several recommendations and suggestions have been set forward.
