المستخلص: تكمن أهمية البحث في التعرف على العلاقة بين البيئة الجامعية وتقيم الأداء للتدريسي وتدريسيات التربية البدنية في جامعة بابل وفق استمارة التقييم الأكاديمي لمعرفة دور البيئة الجامعية في مستوى تقيمهم إذ يعد تقييم الأداء للتدريسين تعبيرا عن خلاصة ما عمله على مدار العام الدراسي للارتقاء بمستوى أدائهم بكفاءة وفعالية عالية. إن عمل التدريسي مرتبط بعدة أمور منها الإمكانيات والأدوات والبني التحتية والملاعب والمكاتب وغيرها لذا فإن دراسة هذه المشكلة للوقوف على المعوقات وتلافيها وتعزيز الجوانب الإيجابية، وهدفت الدراسة إعداد مقياس البيئة الجامعية لتدريسي التربية البدنية في جامعة بابل للعام 2019-2018. التعرف على العلاقة بين البيئة الجامعية ومستوى التقييم الأكاديمي للتدريسي وتدريسيات كلية التربية البدنية في جامعة بابل للعام 2019-2018 وفق استمارة التقييم الأكاديمي. استعملت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وقد شملت عينة البحث على 72 تدريسي وتدريسية من أساتذة كلية التربية البدنية جامعة بابل. وقد خرجت الباحثة باستنتاجات عدة كان أهمها: تأثر البيئة الجامعية المتوفرة على مستوى التقييم الأكاديمي للملاك التدريسي في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة بابل. وقد أوصت الباحثة: بضرورة توفير البني التحتية ووسائل التواصل العلمي التي تتيح للتدريسين الابداع في انجازهم وعملهم في العملية التربوية والعلمية وزيادة عدد النشاطات والمشاركات العملية والعلمية، مما يعود عليهم بالنفع والتطور.

The importance of the research lies in identifying the relationship between the university environment and evaluating the performance of the teaching and teaching of physical education at the University of Babylon according to the form of academic evaluation to know the role of the university environment in the level of their evaluation as the performance evaluation of the two teachers is an expression of the summary of what he did throughout the school year to upgrade their performance level with efficiency and high effectiveness. The teaching work is related to several things, including capabilities, tools, infrastructure, stadiums, offices, etc., so studying this problem is to identify and avoid obstacles and enhance positive aspects, and the study aimed to study Preparing the university environment scale for physical education teachers at the University of Babylon for the year 2018-2019. - Knowing the relationship between the university environment and the level of academic evaluation of the teaching and the teaching of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon for the year 2019-2018 according to the form of academic evaluation. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method. The research sample included 72 teaching staff and professors from the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon The researcher came up with several conclusions, the most important of which were: The available university environment was affected by the level of academic evaluation of the teaching staff in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science, University of Babylon. The researcher recommended: - The necessity of providing the infrastructures and scientific means of communication that allow the two teachers to be creative in their achievement and work in the educational and scientific process and to increase the number of practical and scientific activities and partnerships, which will benefit them and develop.
