|a يرمي هذا البحث إلى التعرف على (القيادة وعلاقتها بالتقبل الاجتماعي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية). لذلك قام الباحث في الفصل الأول بعرض المشكلة وأهميتها وعرض أهداف وحدود البحث وتعريف مصطلحاته. واستعرض الباحث في الفصل الثاني مفهوم القيادة ونظريات القيادة القديمة والحديثة، والتقبل الاجتماعي وكذلك نظريات التقبل الاجتماعي والدراسات العربية والأجنبية. أما في الفصل الثالث فقد استعرض الباحث منهجية وإجراءات البحث حيث أن مجتمع البحث من تلاميذ وتلميذات الصف الثالث في مدرسة المستنصرية للبنين والبالغ عددهم (140) ومدرسة عقبة بن نافع للبنات والبالغ عددهن (160) التابعتان إلى مديرية تربية الكرخ الثالثة والبالغ عددهم (٣٠٠) أما عينة البحث فتم أخذ نصف المجتمع بواقع (50%) حيث كان عدد الذكور (70) تلميذاً بينما كان عدد الإناث (80) تلميذة ليكونوا عينة البحث البالغة (150) تلميذ وتلميذة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وأداة البحث التي تبناها الباحث من مقياسين الأول القيادة (الساهي، 2014) وبعد التعديلات على الفقرات قد تبنى الباحث (20) فقرة، والثاني مقياس التقبل الاجتماعي (دحام، 2014) وبعد التعديلات على الفقرات قد تبنى الباحث (30) فقرة أما ثبات المقياس فتم التوصل إليه بطريقة إعادة الاختبار فكانت قيمة ثبات المقياس الأول (0.81) و (0.83) قيمة ثبات المقياس الثاني. واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج الأتية: 1- إن عينة البحث من تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي لا يوجد لديهم قيادة. 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مقياس القيادة وفق متغير الجنس. 3- إن عينة البحث من تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي يتمتعون بتقبل اجتماعي. 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مقياس التقبل الاجتماعي وفق متغير الجنس. 5- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة والتقبل الاجتماعي لتلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث وتفسيرها والاستنتاجات توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

|b This research aims to identify (leadership and its relation to social acceptance of primary school students). Therefore, the researcher in the first chapter presented the problem and its importance and presented the objectives and limits of the search and define its terms. In the second chapter, the researcher reviewed the concept of leadership and theories of ancient and modern leadership, social acceptance as well as theories of social acceptance and Arab and foreign studies. In the third chapter, the researcher reviewed the methodology and procedures of the research. The research society consisted of students and students of the third grade in the Al Mustansiriya Boys School (140) and the Oqba Bin Nafea Girls School (160) The sample of the research was taken by half (50%) of the population. The number of males was (70) students while the number of females was (80) students to be the research sample of (150) students and students randomly selected. And the research tool adopted by the researcher of the two parameters of the first leadership (AlSahi, 2014) and after the amendments to paragraphs have adopted the researcher (20) paragraph, and the second measure of social acceptance (Daham, 2014) and after amendments to the paragraphs have adopted the researcher (30) It was obtained by way of retesting. The stability value of the first scale (0.81) and (0.83) was the stability value of the second scale. The researcher used the statistical means and the researcher reached the following results: 1- The research sample of the third grade pupils has no leadership. 2- There are no statistically significant differences on the driving scale according to gender variable. 3- The research sample of the third grade pupils enjoys social acceptance. 4- There are no significant statistical differences on the measure of social acceptance according to gender variable. 5- There is a statistically significant relationship between leadership and social acceptance of third-grade pupils. In the light of the research findings and their interpretation and conclusions, the researcher reached a set of recommendations and suggestions.
