(الشروط النفسية والتربوية للأبداع والمبادرة لدى الأطفال) هدف البحث: إلى التعرف على: 1-الشروط النفسية والتربوية للأبداع والمبادرة لدى الأطفال. 2-التوصل إلى حلول ومقترحات تسهم في رفع الكفاءة التربوية والتعليمية للإباء والمعلمين في تنمية الأبداع لدى الأطفال. عرض الباحث أهمية الأبداع والمبدعين ودورهم في تطور الأمم ورقيها واهميه رعايتهم والاهتمام بهم، ثم بين هم نظريات الأبداع، وركز على دور الأسرة والمعلم في تنمية الأبداع وتحفيزه لدى الطلبة كونهما أهم العناصر في تدربيه وتدريب الأطفال. ثم تطرق البحث إلى أهم معوقات الأبداع، وحاجة الأمة إلى الأبداع والمبدعين ختم الباحث بحثه بمجموعة من التوصيات والاستنتاجات والمقترحات أهمها . 1-ضرورة التعاون بين البيت والمدرسة لرعاية الطلبة المبدعين. 2-على وزارة التربية عقد دورات تطويرية عن الأبداع وآليات تحفيزه وتطويره ورعايته لدى الطلبة وخاصة معلمي المراحل الأولى ٣ - فتح مراكز خاصة لرعاية الموهوبين والمبدعين والمتميزين وتطوير قابلياته في ذالك .
