المستخلص: إن مشكلة البحث تتلخص بالسؤال هل لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال اتجاهات نحو الأركان التعليمية في تعزيز الشخصية الإيجابية لطفل الروضة؟ وسعينا من خلال البحث قياس اتجاهات معلمات الرياض نحو الأركان تبعا للأركان التعليمية وهي ركن الألعاب التربوية والركن الفني وركن الرياضيات وركن الموسيقى وركن المكتبة وركن المنزل والركن العلمي، اقتصر البحث على (50) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث، قامت الباحثة ببناء فقرات استبيان الأركان التعليمية على وفق الخطوات العلمية لبناء المقاييس النفسية فبعد صياغة فقرات الاستبان والبالغة (٢٨) فقرة تم التأكد من صدق الفقرات بوساطة عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء وقد تبين صلاحيته بعد إجراء بعض التعديلات البسيطة وببدائل (تنطبق كثيرا، تنطبق أحيانا، لا تتطبق أبدا) وبعد تطبيقه على عينة البحث توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: ١- يوجد لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال اتجاهات عالية نحو الأركان التعليمية لتعزيز الشخصية الإيجابية لطفل الروضة ٢- حقق ركن الألعاب التربوية نسبة عالية من نتائج الاستبيان ٣- حقق الركن الفني نسبة جيدة في نتائج الاستبيان ٤- حقق ركن الموسيقى نتائج جيدة جدا في الاستبيان ٥- وقد تبين أن ركن الرياضيات حقق نتائج عالية في الاستبيان ٦- بالنسبة إلى ركن المكتبة فقد حقق نسبة متوسطة ٧- حقق الركن العلمي نسبة عالية إلى متوسطة في الاستبيان.

The research problem is summarized by the question: Do kindergarten teachers have attitudes towards educational pillars in promoting the positive personality of the kindergarten child? Through the research we sought to measure the attitudes of Riyadh teachers towards the pillars according to the educational pillars, which are the educational games corner, the artistic corner, the mathematics corner, the music corner, the library corner, the home corner, and the scientific corner. The research was limited to (50) teachers from governmental kindergartens, and in order to achieve the research objectives, Paragraphs of the educational staff questionnaire according to the scientific steps to build psychological standards, after formulating) the 28 (paragraphs of the questionnaire, the veracity of the paragraphs was verified by presenting them to a group of experts, and its validity was found after some simple modifications and alternatives (applicable a lot, sometimes apply, never apply. After applying it to the research sample, the research reached the following results: - Kindergarten teachers have high tendencies towards the educational pillars to enhance the positive personality of the kindergarten child , The educational games corner achieved a high percentage of the results of the questionnaire - The technical element achieved a good percentage in the results of the questionnaire 4- The music corner achieved very good results in the questionnaire 5- It was found that the mathematics corner achieved high results in the questionnaire 6- As for the library corner, it achieved a high percentage Sata 7- The scientific component achieved a high to medium percentage in the questionnaire.
