المستخلص: في ظل رؤية مصر للتنمية المستدامة ٢٠٣٠، تأتي قضية إعداد الإنسان وتأهيله لأدوار جديدة على رأس أولويات الاهتمام الوطني المعاصر، الأمر الذي يتطلب الاتجاه نحو استحداث أدوار جديدة لمعلم الكبار في مصر، تأهيله لممارسة أدوار جديدة؛ لمواكبة هذا التوجه العالمي المعاصر، نحو تحقيق أهدا في التنمية المستدامة ٢٠٣٠. وعلى هذا الأساس، استهدف البحث الحالي، تقديم تصور مقترح لإعداد معلم الكبار في مصر؛ لممارسات جديدة على ضوء رؤية مصر للتنمية المستدامة ٢٠٣٠، وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك اعتمد البحث على "المنهج الوصفي"، لتحليل الأطر النظرية ومضامين إعداد معلم الكبار في مصر، واستعراض ملامح التوجه المصري المستدام للتعليم وفق رؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠، وإبراز الإطار الفكري للممارسات الجديدة لإعداد وتأهيل معلم الكبار في مصر. وقد تضمن الجانب الميداني للدراسة: استطلاع رأي الخبراء حول إشكالية الارتباط بين مفهومي محو الأمية وتعليم الكبار، وتقييم الواقع الفعلي لإعداد معلم الكبار وتأهيله داخل مؤسسات الإعداد في مصر، والوقوف على أهم الأدوار والممارسات الجديدة لمعلم الكبار في ضوء التوجه التنموي المصري المستدام، وصولا إلى التصور المقترح لتأهيل وإعداد معلم الكبار لممارسات جديدة، في ضوء التوجه الوطني المصري التنموي المستدام مصر ٢٠٣٠. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها ما يلي: -رصد العديد من التحديات التي تواجه إعداد معلم الكبار بمصر، من أبرزها: "ضعف منظومة الإعداد التربوي المناسب، وغياب التخصص في معظم كليات التربية". -طرح تصور مقترح لإعداد معلم الكبار وتأهيله لممارسات جديدة، على ضوء رؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠ للتنمية المستدامة، ووضع إجراءات لتنفيذ التصور، بالإضافة إلى رصد المعوقات التي من المتوقع أن تحول دون تحقيق هذا التصور، وطرح بدائل للتغلب عليها.

In the light of Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030, the problem of training and qualifying people for new roles comes on top of the priorities of contemporary national attention, which requires the trend towards creating new roles for the teacher of adults in Egypt, and qualifying him/her to practice new roles; To respond to this contemporary global trend towards achieving the goals of sustainable development 2030. Accordingly, the current research aims to present a suggested proposal for training the teacher of adults in Egypt; for new practices in the light of Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030, and in order to achieve this, the research relies on the "descriptive approach", to analyze theoretical frameworks and the contents of the teacher of adults training in Egypt, reviewing the features of the sustainable Egyptian approach to education according to Egypt's vision 2030, and highlighting the conceptual framework for new practices to prepare and qualify the teacher of adults in Egypt. The field study includes: an expert opinion poll on the problem of the correlation between the concepts of literacy and adult education, And evaluating the status quo of qualifying and training the teacher of adults in teacher-training institutions in Egypt, and identifying of the most important roles and new practices of the teacher of adults in the light of the Egyptian sustainable development trend, leading to the suggested proposal to qualify and train the teacher of adults for new practices, in the light of the Egyptian national sustainable development trend Egypt 2030. The research reaches a set of results, the most important of which are the following: - Monitoring many of the challenges facing training the teacher of adults in Egypt, most notably: "The weakness of the appropriate educational training system, and the absence of specialization in most colleges of education." - Proposing a vision for training the teacher of adults and qualifying him/her for new practices, in the light of Egypt's 2030 vision for sustainable development, and setting procedures for implementing the concept, in addition to monitoring the obstacles that are expected to prevent achieving this vision, and offering alternatives to overcome them
