المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة تأثير العوامل الاستراتيجية للمجموعات غير الرسمية على تحسين فعالية تقييم الأداء التنظيمي للجامعة الجزائرية من خلال محاكاة العوامل الاستراتيجية الاستباقية للمشروع والعمليات التي تشمل تخطيط وتنفيذ ورصد وتقييم الأداء التنظيمي مقابل ذلك، والذي هو جوهر العمل الإداري الاستراتيجي. جاء هذا البحث المتواضع لبحث وجود هذا التفاعل الطبيعي ولمعرفة بعض مظاهره الإيجابية، من خلال آثار المجموعات غير الرسمية على التغيير التنظيمي داخل إدارة الجامعة من حيث الصورة الاجتماعية لسلوكها الإداري التنظيمي.

This study aims at improving the effectiveness of evaluating the organizational performance of the Algerian University by simulating the proactive strategic factors of the project and the processes that include the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organizational performance in return, which is the essence of the strategic administrative work. This modest research came to examine the existence of this natural interaction and to know some of its positive manifestations, through the effects of informal groups on organizational change within the university administration in terms of the social picture of its organizational management behavior.
