المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى: تغيير ثقافة المعلمات نحو جوهر الجودة الشاملة في التعليم بمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بوصف الممارسات الداعمة لبيئة التعلم المبهج وجمع المعلومات وتبويبها عن طبيعة هذا الارتباط في محاولة من البحث لتغيير الثقافة نحو جوهر الجودة الشاملة حيث تكونت العينة الاستطلاعية للبحث من 20 معلمة تم اختيارهم بناءً على مرورهم بتجربة الاعتماد التربوي والنجاح فيها بأعوام سابقة و30 معلمة هُن العينة الأساسية بروضتين تسعي للحصول على الاعتماد التربوي متوسط سنوات الخبرة 13. 3 وانحراف معياري. 063 الغالبية العظمى ذوات مؤهل علمي راقي بمجال التخصص وباستخدام استبيان تم التحقق من صدقه ثباته بلغت قيم معاملات الثبات بطريقة "ألفا كرونباخ" باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةspass 886، ومعامل ثبات لإعادة التطبيق 886. وبحساب المتوسطات والتكرارات والأوزان النسبية للمتغيرات تبين وجود دلالة احصائية لصالح قصور في الوعي بجوهر الجودة الشاملة وتبين من خلال حساب معامل ارتباط الرتب سبيرمان بلغ 75. يؤكد صحة الفرض الثاني وتضمنت استجابات المعلمات نحو طبيعة هذا الارتباط باستخدام بطاقات وصف ممارسات بيئة التعلم المبهج ووثيقة معايير الجودة الشاملة باتفاق 80 -100% إيجاباً بوجود ارتباط يؤكد ضرورة أن تعاد آلية التطبيق العملي للممارسات وتعديل وجهه النظر حول جوهر الجودة الشاملة كما أثمر تغيير ثقافتهُن عن مساهمات ميدانية وعملية نحو جوهر الجودة الشاملة بالروضات.

"The effectiveness of delightful learning environment practices in changing teachers' culture towards the essence of comprehensive quality in early childhood". The research aim to: Change the culture of female teachers towards the essence of comprehensive quality in early childhood education by describing practices that support a pleasant learning environment and collect and classify information on the nature of this link in an attempt by the research to change the culture towards the core of total quality where the research sample consisted of 20 teachers who were randomly selected from Kindergartens that were approved in previous years and 30 female teachers are the primary sample of kindergarten seeking to obtain educational accreditation, average years of experience are 3.13 and standard deviation. 063, average qualification 2 and standard deviation. 067; By using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability verification was achieved, the values of the coefficients of the alpha- kronbach method were reached using the statistical package program for social sciences spass 886, which is the stability factor of reapplication 721, and the calculation of the averages, iterations, and relative weights about search variables and validating the first hypothesis, which is a deficiency in Awareness of the essence of the overall quality of the teachers and the validity of the second hypothesis of the existence of a positive positive correlation between the research variables and the responses of the teachers towards the nature of this correlation, using cards describing the practices of a pleasant learning environment and a document of comprehensive quality standards by agreement and acceptance With an agreement of 85% positive, there is an affirmation affirming the necessity of returning the mechanism of practical application of practices and adjusting its view on the essence of total quality, as well as changing their culture from field and practical contributions towards the essence of total quality in kindergartens.
