المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقصى علاقة ممارسات القيادة الأصيلة برأس المال النفسي والجهد الانفعالي في التدريس، ودراسة علاقة رأس المال النفسي بمستوى الجهد الانفعالي في التدريس لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، وبلغ حجم المشاركون في البحث (322) معلما ومعلمة بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي منهم (200) من الذكور و(122) من الإناث، (102) معلم أول و(105) معلم أول (أ) و(115) معلم خبير من محافظتي الدقهلية وسوهاج، تم اختيارهم في ضوء شروط معينة هي: (أن) لا تقل الدرجة الوظيفية للمعلم عن "معلم أول" حسب درجات قانون كادر المهن التعليمية، وأن يكون أمضى في المدرسة التي يعمل بها خمس سنوات على الأقل ومتصلة، وله جدول دراسي منتظم، ومن معلمي المواد الأساسية)، وباستخدام الأدوات التالية (استبيان ممارسات القيادة الأصيلة في مؤسسات التعليم- مقياس رأس المال النفسي- مقياس الجهد الانفعالي في التدريس) وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: 1- توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين درجات المشاركين من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية على استبيان القيادة الأصيلة من ناحية ودرجاتهم على مقياس رأس المال النفسي ومقياس الجهد الانفعالي في التدريس من ناحية أخرى. 2- توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين درجات المعلمين على مقياس رأس المال النفسي ومقياس الجهد الانفعالي في التدريس. 3- يمكن التنبؤ بدرجات المعلمين على أبعاد رأس المال النفسي من درجاتهم على استبيان القيادة الأصيلة ومقياس الجهد الانفعالي في التدريس لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية. 4- يمكن التنبؤ بدرجات المعلمين على مقياس الجهد الانفعالي في التدريس من درجاتهم على استبيان القيادة الأصيلة ومقياس رأس المال النفسي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية.

The current research aims to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership practices, psychological capital, and emotional effort in teaching. Study the relationship of psychological capital to the level of emotional effort in teaching, and explore the central roles of psychological capital for the effects of authentic leadership practices, organizational learning capabilities, and organizational symmetry among elementary school teachers. The size of the participant sample in the research reached 322 male and female teachers in primary education, of whom 200 were male and 122 were female. Of them, 102 first teachers, 105 premier teachers (A), and 115 expert teachers from the governorates of Dakahlia and Sohag chosen in the light of specific conditions: that the teacher’s job grade should not be less than a “premier teacher” according to the degrees of the Educational law, and that the teacher spent at least five years in a continuous school, has a regular study schedule and is distinct from primary subject teachers. Using the following tools: 1- A questionnaire of original leadership practices in educational institutions 2- A measure of psychological capital 3- A measure of emotional effort in teaching. The search results showed the following: 1-There is a statistically significant relationship between the scores of the participants from the primary stage teachers on the original leadership questionnaire on the one hand and their scores on the psychological capital scale and the emotional effort scale in teaching on the other hand. 2-“There is a statistically significant relationship between teachers’ scores on the psychological capital scale and the emotional effort scale in teaching”. 3-It is possible to predict the degrees of teachers on the dimensions of psychological capital from their grades on the original leadership questionnaire and the emotional effort scale in teaching among primary school teachers. 4-"The teachers' grades can be predicted on the emotional effort scale in teaching from their grades on the original leadership questionnaire and the psychological capital scale for primary school teachers."
