|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مقارنة تأثير أبعاد القدرة على التعلم التنظيمي على الأداء المالي بين المنظمة المبتكرة والمنظمة الغير المبتكرة باستخدام أسلوب التحليل التمييزي، ولهذا الغرض اختبرنا عينتين: منظمة مبتكرة ((le groupe enième والمنظمة غير المبتكرة (Condor) على مستوى قطاع صناعات الالكترونية والكهرومنزلية، وقد توصلنا إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين منظمة مبتكرة (le groupe enième) والمنظمة غير المبتكرة (Condor) على الأداء المالي للمنظمة لصالح منظمة مبتكرة (le groupe enième) تعود إلى المتغيرات التالية: التجريب، والمخاطرة، والحوار والتفاعل مع البيئة الخارجية، والمشاركة في صنع القرارات.

|b The objective of this study is to compare the impact of the factors for organizational learning capability on financial performance between two organization (innovative and non-innovative). We using the method of discriminatory analysis, and for this purpose, we have tested two samples from organization (innovative and non innovative). We have concluded There are statistically significant differences between the two samples an innovative organization (le groupe enième) and a non-innovative organization (Condor) on the financial performance in favor of the innovative organization (le groupe enième), due to the following variables : Experimentation, risk taking, dialogue, interaction with the external environment, participation decision making.
