المستخلص: This research aimed to measure the effect of the dimensions of creative destruction on improving the quality of educational service through the intermediate role of organizational capabilities. This research was applied to a sample of 339 managers and workers in primary schools in the West Tanta Educational Administration, The deductive method was used in the research, and a model of structural equations (confirmatory factor analysis) was applied to ensure the validity of the indicators that measure the variables and analyze the direct and indirect relationships between the research variables The research has reached a set of results, the most important of which are the presence of a positive moral effect of the dimensions of creative destruction in organizational capabilities, and the presence of a direct positive moral effect of the dimensions of creative destruction in improving the quality of the educational service, as well as an indirect moral effect of the dimensions of creative destruction in improving the quality of the educational service Through the intermediate role of organizational capabilities, the results of the study also confirmed that the most effective dimensions of creative destruction in improving the quality of the educational service is managing change, then strategic thinking, followed by organizational culture and finally creativity.

إستهدفت هذه الدراسة قياس أثر أبعاد الهدم الخلاق في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية من خلال تحليل الدور الوسيط لتطوير القدرات التنظيمية، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 339 مفردة من العاملين بمديرية التربية والتعليم بطنطا والمدارس التابعة لها، وقد تم تطبيق نموذج المعادلات الهيكلية (التحليل العاملي التوكيدي) للتأكد من مدى صدق المؤشرات المستخدمة في قياس المتغيرات وكذلك تحليل العلاقات المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين متغيرات البحث. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل أهمها في وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي لأبعاد الهدم الخلاق في القدرات التنظيمية، ووجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي مباشر لأبعاد الهدم الخلاق في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي غير مباشر لأبعاد الهدم الخلاق في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية من خلال الدور الوسيط للقدرات التنظيمية، كما أن أكثر أبعاد الهدم الخلاق تأثيرا في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية هو إدارة التغيير ثم التفكير الإستراتيجي ويليه الثقافة التنظيمية وأخيرا الإبداع.
