|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور إستراتيجية التصنيع في تفسير العلاقة بين أنشطة سلسلة التوريد الأمامية والعكسية والمنافع المحققة من هذه الأنشطة. وأجريت الدراسة على عدد من المنظمات الصناعية العاملة في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية والمشروبات والأجهزة الكهربائية في نطاق محافظتي الإسكندرية والقاهرة. وفي سبيل الوصول لهذا الهدف تم تنمية أربعة فروض، وتم الاعتماد على قائمة إستقصاء أعدها الباحث لجمع البيانات الأولية التي تخدم غرض الدراسة، ومن خلال مقياس كرونباخ الفا تم التأكد من ثبات مقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وباستخدام طريقة الانحدار الوسيط (Mediated-Regression Method) لإختبار نموذج وفروض الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي لأنشطة سلسلة التوريد مغلقة الدورة على استراتيجية التصنيع من ناحية كما تؤثر إستراتيجية التصنيع إيجابيا على تحقيق منافع سلسلة التوريد مغلقة الدورة في الشركات محل الدراسة من ناحية أخري، كما تلعب إستراتيجية التصنيع دور المتغير الوسيط في تفسير العلاقة بين أنشطة سلسلة التوريد مغلقة الدورة والمنافع المحققة منها. وبناء على ذلك تم تأييد نموذج الدراسة وتم قبول فروض الدراسة.

|b This study aims to identify the role of manufacturing strategy in explaining the relationship between forward and reverse supply chain activities and the benefits achieved from these activities. The study was conducted on a number of industrial organizations operating in the food industries, beverages and electrical appliances sector within the governorates of Alexandria and Cairo. In order to reach this goal, four hypotheses were developed, and a survey list prepared by the researcher was relied on to collect the primary data that serve the purpose of the study, and using the Cronbach’s alpha scale was verified the stability of the parameters of the variables of the study, . By using the mediated-regression method to test the model and hypotheses of the study, the study concluded that there is a positive effect of closed-cycle supply chain activities on the manufacturing strategy on the one hand, and the manufacturing strategy positively affects the achievement of closed-cycle supply chain benefits in the companies under study on the one hand. Other, as the manufacturing strategy plays the role of the mediating variable in explaining the relationship between closed-cycle supply chain activities and the benefits achieved from them. Accordingly, the study model was supported and the study hypotheses accepted.
