|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن أثر برنامج تدريبي قائم على التواصل الإلكتروني في تنمية بعض الكفايات المهنية لدي معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.\nوقد تحددت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي التالي:\nما أثر برنامج تدريبي قائم على التواصل الإلكتروني في تنمية بعض الكفايات المهنية لدي معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟".\nوتفرع من هذا السؤال الرئيسي الأسئلة التالية:\n1- ما الكفايات المهنية اللازمة لمعلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟\n2- ما البرنامج التدريبي القائم على التواصل الإلكتروني لتنمية بعض الكفايات المهنية اللازمة لمعلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟\n٣- ما أثر البرنامج في التحصيل المعرفي لبعض الكفايات المهنية لدي معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟\n٤- ما أثر البرنامج في الأداء المهارى لبعض الكفايات المهنية لدي معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟\nوللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد أدوات البحث الخاصة بالكفايات المهنية (الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة).\nولغرض البحث وبعد استنتاج قائمة الكفايات المهنية لتقدير الاحتياجات التدريبية قامت الباحثة ببناء برنامج تدريبي باستخدام نموذج "كمب" المعدل للتصميم التعليمي، وذلك لتنمية الكفايات المهنية، وتم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي على عينة تجريبية من معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات مكونه من (٣٩) معلما ومعلمه من معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.\nوتم استخدام الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وذلك لتحليل مصادر اشتقاق بعض الكفايات المهنية لدي معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في مجال التعليم والتعلم، والمنهج التجريبي القائم على التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين (التجريبية الضابطة).\nوبعد تطبيق المعالجات الإحصائية أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوي ( ≤ 0.05α) بين متوسطي درجات معلمي الكمبيوتر لصالح المجموعة التجريبية ومدي تأثير البرنامج التدريبي على العينة.\nوفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه البحث من نتائج أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام المتزايد لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية بعض الكفايات المهنية لدي معلمي الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.\n

|f The current research aims to uncover the impact of a training program, based on electronic communication, on developing computer and information technology teachers' professional competencies.\nThe research problem was identified in the following main question:\nWhat is the effect of a training program, based on electronic communication, on developing some professional competencies among computer and information technology teachers?\nThe following questions came out of this main question:\n1- What are the professional competencies required for computer and information technology teachers?\n2- What is the training program based on electronic communication to develop some professional competencies required for computer and information technology teachers?\n3- What is the program's effect on the cognitive achievement of computer and information technology teachers' professional competencies?\n4- What is the program's effect on the skillful performance of computer and information technology teachers' professional competencies?\nTo answer the research questions, the researcher prepared research tools for professional competencies (achievement test and notecard).\nFor the research, and after concluding a list of professional competencies to assess the training needs, the researcher prepared a training program using the modified "Kemp" model for educational design to develop professional competencies. The training program was applied to an experimental sample of computer and information technology teachers consisting of (39) male and female teachers of the Computer and Information Technology.\nThe researcher used the descriptive approach to analyze the derivation sources of some of the professional competencies of computer and information technology teachers in teaching and learning, and the experimental approach, based on the quasi-experimental design with two groups (experimental, control).\nAfter applying the statistical treatments, the results showed a statistically significant difference at the level of (≤ 0.05α) between the mean scores of the computer teachers in favor of the experimental group and the extent of the effect of the training program on the sample.\nIn light of the research findings, the researcher recommended the necessity of increasing attention to identifying the training needs for developing some professional competencies among computer and information technology teachers.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
