هدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة الإدارة المدرسية الإلكترونية في مصر، والوقوف على واقع الإدارة المدرسية الإلكترونية في مدارس جمهورية مصر العربية، كما هدف البحث إلى التعرف على خبرات بعض الدول في تطبيق الإدارة المدرسية الإلكترونية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي، كما هدف إلى الوصول إلى الاليات التي تعمل على تطوير مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي من خلال تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، كما تم الاستعانة بأسلوب دلفاي كأداة بحثية. كما توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها نقص الإمكانيات المادية اللازمة لشراء الأجهزة والمعدات وانشاء الشبكات وعمل البرمجيات والتدريب من أهم أسباب عرقلة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، كما يضاف إليها ضعف التشريعات التي تحكم العمل الإلكتروني وكذلك التشريعات المنظمة لها في المؤسسات الإلكترونية. هذا وقد خلص البحث إلى عدة توصيات كان من أهمها ضرورة إصدار قرارات وزارية بتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، وتوفير الدورات عالية المستوي في استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونيـة وتطبيقاتها في مجال الإدارة التعليمية، وضـرورة توفير الدعم المادي اللازم لوسائل التواصل الإلكترونية، وضرورة إشراك أكبر عـدد ممكـن مـن العـاملين والمـوظفين في عمليات الإدارة الإلكترونيـة، وعـدم اقتصار الأمر علي فرق محددة.
The researcher's goal is to know the nature of electronic school management in Egypt, to find out the reality of electronic school administration in the schools of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the researcher aims to get acquainted with the experiences of some countries in the application of electronic school administration in pre-university education schools. To the mechanisms that work on developing pre-university education schools through the application of electronic management, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the Delphi method was used as a research tool. The research has reached for several results, the most important of which is the lack of the financial capabilities necessary to purchase devices and equipment, establish networks, software works and training, among the most important reasons for impeding the application of electronic management, such as weak legislation governing electronic work, as well as the legislation regulating it in electronic institutions. The researcher is concluded with several recommendations, the most important of them was the necessity to issued ministerial decisions to implement electronic management, to provide high-level courses in the use of electronic administration and its applications in the field of educational administration, the need to provide the necessary material which support for electronic means of communication, and the need to involving the largest possible number of Workers and employees in electronic management processes, and not being limited to specific teams.
