المستخلص: The study aims to identify the availability of the dimensions of talent management in the colleges of the university under study, which is to attract and retain talent and development and Determine the availability of the dimensions of human capital in the colleges of the university under study, which is in the knowledge of workers, their experience, skills and morale. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study., Experiences, skills, and morale., While being a community, and The researcher used the Statistical Processes Program (SPSS) to analyze the responses of the individuals of the sample members. The most important findings of the study: The novelty of the topic in terms of the impact of talent management on human capital in the faculties of Ain Shams University , and The importance of research stems from the role of talent management and its impact on the performance of universities ,and The importance of research increases the link between talent management and human capital. The most important recommendations of the study: 1- Attention to faculty members as human capital and not just the cost of salaries, leave, services and others. 2- Enrich the principle of participation in decision-making and contribute to the future policy-making of its wealth of positive impact in increasing knowledge and transfer of expertise and achieve the objectives of the university and its future aspirations. 3- Providing more opportunities for faculty participation in decision-making within the organization, expressing their opinions and presenting their suggestions, which will help improve university performance.
