المستخلص: يعد التدريب الإداري في عالم المجتمعات والمؤسسات والدول المعاصرة هو أداة التنمية ووسيلتها، كما أنه الأداة التي إذا أحسن استثمارها وتوظيفها تمكنت من تحقيق الكفاءة والكفاية في الأداء والإنتاج.

Management training in the world of contemporary societies, institutions and states is the tool and means of development and it is the tool that, if properly invested and employed, will be able to achieve efficiency and sufficiency in performance and production. The results of many studies have shown that administrative training has a fundamental role in the growth of culture and civilization in general, and the importance of this is evident as the basis for all learning, development and development of the human element, and then the progress and building of society, and through administrative training for employees in the government sector, the preparation for the profession continues as long as its requirements are variable. Affected by several factors, such as the knowledge explosion represented by progress in all areas of life, as well as the ease of the flow of information from one community to another and from one civilization to another, and that training achieves the development of workers in a continuous manner in a way that ensures carrying out their tasks, responsibilities and duties in a manner that is commensurate with the developments of their work that did not exist, where Pre-service preparation. Administrative training provides new knowledge, adds diverse information, gives skills and abilities, affects trends, modifies ideas, changes behavior, and develops habits and methods in order to reach the desired goals by raising the efficiency and performance of government sector employees.
