المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استطلاع آراء عينة من معلمات الصف حول بناء برنامج مقترح لتفعيل دور مجالس أولياء الأمور في تفعيل العلاقة بين الأسرة والمدرسة من وجهة نظر معلمات الحلقة الأولى، اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم استخدام استبانة موجهة للمعلمات (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (60) معلمة تم اختيارهن بصورة قصدية للتعرف على إذ تم الاختيار من المدارس التي تنظم مجالس لأولياء الأمور والتابعة لمديرية التربية في مدينة حمص حيث بلغت العينة (26) مدرسة، وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA) واختبار (T) لقياس دلالة الفروق، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى: - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات وجهات نظر المعلمات حول البرنامج المقترح لتفعيل دور مجالس أولياء الأمور في مدارس الحلقة الأولى تعزى لعدد سنوات الخبرة لدى المعلمات. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات وجهات نظر المعلمات حول البرنامج المقترح لتفعيل دور مجالس أولياء الأمور في مدارس الحلقة الأولى تعزى للمؤهل العلمي للمعلمات. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات وجهات نظر المعلمات حول البرنامج المقترح تبعا لمتغير خضوع المعلمة لدورات تدريبية، ولصالح المعلمات اللواتي خضعن لدورات تدريبية

The current study aimed to explore the opinions of a sample of class teachers about building a proposed program to activate the role of parents ’councils in activating the relationship between the family and the school from the point of view of the teachers of the first episode, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was used for the teachers (prepared by the researcher), The research sample consisted of (60) teachers who were intentionally selected to identify, as the schools were chosen by schools that organize councils for parents affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Homs, where the sample reached (26) schools. The results were analyzed using the ANOVA test and a test (T) To measure the significance of the differences, the results indicated The results were: 1-The absence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of female teachers' views on the proposed program to activate the role of parents ’councils in the first cycle schools, attributable to the number of years of experience of female teachers. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of female teachers' views on the proposed program to activate the role of parents ’councils in the first cycle schools due to the educational qualification of female teachers. 3-There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of female teachers ’views on the proposed program, according to the parameter’s subjection to training courses, and for the benefit of female teachers who underwent training courses
