|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحقيق الاستدامة في جميع المجالات وتعزيز وظائف الاقتصاد البنفسجي في الجزائر خاصة بعد مرورها بعدة مراحل اجتماعية وسياسية أثرت على المناخ الاقتصادي وذلك من خلال إبراز أهم الصعوبات المتزايدة في هاته الدراسة التي تعترض تحقيق الاستدامة من خلال تنمية الموارد البشرية والذي عرف تطورا مبهرا عبر الزمن ومن خلاله المرور لإرساء معالم الاقتصاد البنفسجي باعتباره مفهوم حديث وجب تقديم صورة تفسيرية له ولأهم المبادئ فيه.
