|b The aim of the current research is to define the requirements for developing the performance of non-native Arabic language teachers to deal with the Corona pandemic. The researchers used the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire of the requirements for developing the performance of non-native Arabic language teachers to deal with the Corona pandemic. It was applied to (100) teachers of Non-Arabic language teachers, in the first semester of the academic year 1442 AH. The results showed a list of requirements for developing the performance of non-native Arabic language teachers to deal with the Corona pandemic. The results also indicated that there is a high level of importance among the study sample at the following aspects: educational requirements, technical requirements, psychological and humanitarian requirements, healthy requirements, and the requirements of dealing with crises on order to develop their performance as a teachers of Arabic for non-native speakers to deal with the Corona pandemic.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مطالب تطوير أداء معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها للتعامل مع جائحة كورونا. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي. وتضمنت أداة الدراسة استبانة مطالب تطـوير أداء معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بهـا للتعامـل مـع جائحـة كورونا؛ تم تطبيقها على (100) من معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 1442 هـ. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى قائمـة مطالب تطـوير أداء معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها للتعامل مع جائحة كورونا. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المطالب التعليمية، والمطالب التقنية، والمطالب النفسية والإنسانية، والمطالب الصحية، ومطالب التعامل مع الأزمات اللازمة لتطوير أداء معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها للتعامل مع جائحة كورونا؛ ذات مستوى أهمية كبير لدى عينة الدراسة.
