استهدف البحث: الوقوف على فاعلية برنامج في التنمية المهنية لمعلمي الإحصاء في التعليم الثانوي التجاري في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة واحتياجات سوق العمل. واقتصرت الدراسة: على عينة من معلمي مادة الإحصاء في التعليم الثانوي التجاري في محافظة الفيوم بلغ عددها 50 معلما (من طلاب الدبلوم العامة في التربية تخصص تجارى بجامعة الفيوم)، وشملت أدوات الدراسة استبانة، وبرنامج التنمية المهنية لمعلمي الإحصاء، وبطاقة ملاحظة، واختبار تحصيلي. وأظهرت نتائج البحث: أن جميع الاحتياجات التربوية التي طبقت على معلمي الإحصاء كانت هناك حاجة كبيرة لتضمينها في البرنامج التدريبي حيث أبدى 90% من أفراد العينة حاجتهم الماسة لهذه الأداءات التدريسية، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات كل من التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لجميع محاور بطاقة ملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠١)، وتراوحت قيم حساب حجم التأثير ما بين (٠,٨٥)، (١,٠٠) باستخدام معادلة قوة العلاقة لاختبار ويلكوكسون وكلها تشير إلى قوة العلاقة بين المتغير المستقل (البرنامج) وكل من المتغيرات التابعة الخاصة بملاحظة الأداء التدريسي، وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات العينة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، حيث بلغت قيمة (T) المحسوبة (١٠١,٧٧) ومستوى دلالة (٠,٠١)، فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في التنمية المهنية لمعلمي الإحصاء في التعليم الثانوي التجاري في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة واحتياجات سوق العمل، حيث بلغت نسبة الكسب المعدل بلاك (1.72).
This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a proposed concept for statistics teachers’ professional development in commercial technical education in light of contemporary international trends and labour market needs. The study is restricted to a sample of fifty statistics teachers in commercial technical education in Fayoum governorate to observe their teaching skills during teaching. The study tools included a questionnaire, a training program, an observation checklist and an achievement test. The study results: showed that all educational needs applied on statistics teachers are of great significance to be included in the training program as (90%) of the sample members expressed their bad need of these teaching needs. The study recommended the necessity of focusing on training needs in the field of statistics teachers’ professional development in commercial technical education and in other technical commercial specializations in light of contemporary international trends. There is a statistically significant difference between the middle grades of the degrees of the tribal application and the post-application of a note card in favor of the post application. The values of the effect size ranged between (0.85) and (1.00) using the strength equation of the Wilcoxon test, all indicating the strength of the relationship between the independent variable (program) and each of the six variables of the observation of the teaching performance. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers in the tribal and posttest applications for the benefit of the post application, where the value of (T) calculated (101.77) and the level of significance (0.01), Effectiveness of Aprofessional Development Program for Statistics Teachers in Commercial Technical Education in the light of Contemporary International Trends and Labour Market Needs, As the modified ratio of Black's earnings was (1.72).
