المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد وتنفيذ وتقييم برنامج إرشادي قائم على فنيات البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في تنمية التفكير الاستراتيجي وإدارة التغيير للشباب الجامعي في ضوء متطلبات عصر الذكاء. تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (260) من الشباب الجامعي تضم الجنسين، تم اختيارهم من عدد من الكليات العملية والنظرية بجامعتي "حلوان / المنصورة"، كما تكونت عينة الدراسة التجريبية من (65) شاب وفتاه تم اختيارهم من العينة الأساسية من منخفضي مستوى الوعي بالتفكير الاستراتيجي، إدارة التغيير. واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان التفكير الاستراتيجي، استبيان إدارة التغيير، استبيان الوعي بمتطلبات عصر الذكاء، برنامج إرشادي قائم على فنيات البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لتنمية التفكير الاستراتيجي، وإدارة التغيير لدى الشباب الجامعي في ضوء متطلبات عصر الذكاء، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، المنهج التجريبي. وأوضحت النتائج أن مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى طلاب الجامعة منخفض بنسبة 45%، وأن مستوى إدارة التغيير منخفض بنسبة 49.6%، كذلك انخفاض مستوى الوعي بمتطلبات عصر الذكاء بنسبة 39.2 %، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تباين دال إحصائيا في مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى عينة البحث تبعا لبعض متغيرات الدراسة، فبالنسبة للجنس كانت الفروق دالة في محور التفكير التخطيطي فقط وكانت الدلالة لصالح الذكور، أما باقي محاور التفكير الاستراتيجي فلم توجد فروق دالة بين الجنسين، وبالنسبة لطبيعة الدراسة فكانت الدلالة لصالح الكليات العملية في جميع المحاور، أما محل الإقامة فكانت الدلالة لصالح الحضر، والمستوى التعليمي للوالدين لصالح المستوى التعليمي الأعلى، ومتوسط الدخل الشهري لصالح أصحاب الدخول العليا، كذلك أوضحت النتائج وجود تباين دال إحصائياً في مستوى إدارة التغيير لدى عينة البحث تبعاً لبعض متغيرات الدراسة، فكانت داله وفقاً لطبيعة الدراسة لصالح الكليات العملية، محل الإقامة لصالح الحضر، المستوى التعليمي للوالدين لصالح المستوى التعليمي الأعلى، ومتوسط الدخل الشهري لصالح أصحاب الدخول العليا، بينما لم توجد فروق وفقاً للجنس. كما وجد تباين دال إحصائياً في مستوى الوعي بمتطلبات عصر الذكاء لدى عينة البحث حيث كانت داله وفقاً للجنس لصالح الذكور، وطبيعة الدراسة لصالح الكليات العملية في جميع المحاور، ومحل الإقامة لصالح الحضر، المستوى التعليمي للوالدين لصالح المستوى التعليمي الأعلى، ومتوسط الدخل الشهري لصالح أصحاب الدخول العليا، كما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين القدرة على إدارة التغيير، والتفكير الاستراتيجي، وعلاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين القدرة على إدارة التغيير، والوعي بمتطلبات عصر الذكاء، وأيضاً علاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي، والوعي بمتطلبات عصر الذكاء لدى عينة البحث، كذلك وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث التجريبية في تنمية مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي، ومستوى القدرة على إدارة التغيير، ومستوى الوعي بمتطلبات عصر الذكاء لصالح التطبيق البعدي للبرنامج.

The current research aims to prepare, implement and evaluate a A guide program based on the techniques of neuro- linguistic programming for developing strategic thinking and Managing Change for university youth in the light of the requirements of the age of intelligence. The core study sample consisted of (260) university students, including both sexes, who were chosen from a number of practical and theoretical colleges with "Helwan / mansoura" universities, and the experimental study sample consisted of (65) young men and women chosen from the sample. The core is from low-level awareness of strategic thinking, Managing Change, and research tools included a general data form, a strategic thinking questionnaire, Change Management questionnaire, an awareness survey of the requirements of the age of intelligence, a guide program based on the techniques of neuro- linguistic programming for developing strategic thinking and Managing Change for university youth in the light of the requirements of the age of intelligence. The research followed the descriptive, analytical, and experimental approach. The results showed that the level of strategic thinking among university students is low by 45%, and that the level of Change Management is low by 94.6%, as well as a decrease in the level of awareness of the requirements of the age of intelligence by 39.2%, and the results also showed a statistically significant variance in the level of strategic thinking Among the research sample, according to some variables of the study, according to gender, differences were indicative in the planning thinking axis only and the indication was in favor of males. As for the rest of the strategic thinking axes, there were no significant differences between the sexes. As for the nature of the study, the indication was in favor of practical colleges in all axes. Decipher Significant results in favor of the urban, the educational level of the parents in favor of the higher educational level, and the average monthly income for the benefit of higher-income earners, as well as the results showed a statistically significant variation in the level of change management at the research sample according to some study variables, and it was a function according to the nature of the study in favor of practical colleges, Place of residence in favor of the urban, the educational level of the parents in favor of the higher educational level, and the average monthly income for the benefit of those with higher incomes, while there were no differences according to gender, and there was a statistically significant variation in the level of awareness of the requirements of the age of intelligence in the research sample, as it was There is a function according to gender in favor of males, and the nature of the study was indicative in favor of practical colleges in all axes, while the place of residence was indicative in favor of the urban, and the educational level of the parents in favor of the higher educational level, and the average monthly income for the benefit of higher incomes, and found a positive correlation at the level of 0.01 indication between the ability to manage change, strategic thinking, and a positive correlation at the level of 0.01 indication between the level of strategic thinking and awareness of the requirements of the age of intelligence for the research sample, and also found statistically significant differences at the level of significance of 0.01 between the averages of the sample scores Experimental research in developing the level of strategic thinking, the level of ability to manage change, and the level of awareness of the requirements of the age of intelligence in favor of the post-program implementation.
