المستخلص: يشهد عصرنا الحالي تطورات وتحولات كبيرة ومتسارعة، ومن هذه التحولات هي تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الذي أصبح جزءاً لا يتجزأ من حياتنا اليومية. وأخذ يدخل في كل المجالات وخصوصاً في مجال التعليم وبات اليوم يسهل التعلم والتعليم على حد سواء ويغني العملية التربوية من خلال ما تقدمة من تقنيات وأدوات تساعد المدرس والطالب على إنجازها بكل يسر، ويسهل الاتصال عن بعد ويكسر حاجز الروتين في الصف التقليدي، ويعد الانترنيت والحاسوب أهم أدواتها وخصوصاً في ميدان تعلم اللغات الأجنبية. ولقد عرجنا في هذا البحث على فوائد استعمالاتها في الصف وخارجه وما هي الخطوات اللازمة لإعداد المدرس للدخول واستعمال هذه التقنيات في التدريس حاضراً ومستقبلاً، لكن هناك عقبات ومشاكل أمام استعمال هذه التكنولوجيا وخصوصاً في بلدنا العراق وعدة بلدان أخرى وخصوصاً فيما يتعلق بالبنية التحتية للمؤسسة التعليمية وسياسة البلد في هذا المجال وإعادة تأهيل الكادر التعليمي لكي يتماشى مع هذه المستجدات. ومن خلال هذا البحث أخذنا عينات من الأساتذة والطلبة من قسم الترجمة في كلية الآداب/ جامعة تكريت لنرى مدى استعمال هذه التقنيات في إنجاز دروسهم وما هي المشاكل التي تواجه ذلك واستخلصنا إلى نتيجة بان الاعتماد على الانترنيت مثلاً مشكل نسبة عالية في تدعيم معارفهم بما يقدمه من معلومات ومواقع تربوية وبحوث ومكتبات وغيرها ودون الاعتماد على المناهج والكتب الدراسية فقط بما يعني أثراءها وتنوعها.

Our current era witnesses great and rapid developments and changes. Among these changes are the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which has become an integral part of our daily life. It is being used in all fields, especially in the field of education. Nowadays, it facilitates learning and teaching alike enriching the educational process through its techniques and tools, which help the teacher and the student to accomplish their tasks with ease. It also facilitates remote connectivity and break the barrier of red tape in the traditional classroom. The Internet and computer are its most important tools especially in the field of learning foreign languages. In this research, the benefits of the use of ICT in the classroom and outside it and the procedures needed to prepare the teacher to access and use these techniques in the teaching of present and future are being discussed. However, there are obstacles and problems of the use of this technology, especially in our country, Iraq, and several other countries, especially with regard to the infrastructure of the educational institution and the policy of the country in this field and the rehabilitation of the teaching staff to be consistent with these developments. Thus, samples of professors and students of the translation department at the Faculty of Arts / University of Tikrit, have been chosen to see how these techniques are used by the sample members in the accomplishment of their courses’ goals. The study also aims at exploring the problems resulted thereof. It concludes that reliance on the Internet, for example, is a high percentage in strengthening their knowledge by the provided information, educational sites, researches, online libraries and other resources without relying on only curricula and textbooks. This means enrichment and diversity of teaching and learning tools.

Notre siècle actuel a connu de grands et rapides évolutions et changements. Parmi ces changements, il y a le développement des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC), qui sont devenues une partie importante de notre vie quotidienne et qui ont commencé à s’introduire dans tous les domaines, notamment, dans le domaine de l'enseignement. Elles ont commencé à faciliter aussi bien l’enseignement que l’apprentissage et à enrichir le processus éducatif à travers les techniques et les outils qu’elles offrent, qui aident l’enseignant et l’étudiant à y parvenir sans peine, qui facilitent la communication à distance et font éviter la routine dans la classe traditionnelle, particulièrement, dans le domaine de l'apprentissage des langues étrangères où l'internet et l'ordinateur sont alors considérés comme les outils les plus importants. Dans cet article, nous mettons l'accent sur les avantages des TIC dans la classe et hors de la classe, et nous essayons aussi de souligner quelles sont les conditions de formation et de préparation des enseignants selon lesquelles ces techniques peuvent être utilisées actuellement et dans l’avenir. Mais, il y a des obstacles qui entravent l'utilisation de ces nouvelles technologies, notamment, dans notre pays l'Irak et dans d’autres pays surtout en ce qui concerne l’infrastructure dans les établissements éducatifs, la politique du pays dans ce domaine et la remise à niveau du cadre enseignant pour qu’il puisse s’adapter aux nouveautés. Nous prenons également un échantillon des professeurs et des étudiants du département de traduction à la Faculté des Lettres de l’Université de Tikrit et nous avons tiré la conclusion que le recours à l’Internet, par exemple, constitue un taux élevé dans la consolidation de leurs connaissances qu’il enrichit et diversifie grâce aux informations, aux sites pédagogiques, aux recherches et bibliothèques et autres qu’il présente sans recourir uniquement aux curricula et aux manuels scolaires.
