المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الكفايات التعليمية الأساسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة صلاح الدين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اختيرت عينة مكونة من (٧٨) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال في كل من قسمي تربية بلد والدجيل، وكانت أداة البحث تتكون من بطاقة ملاحظة تتكون من ثلاث كفايات وبعد عرضها على الخبراء أصبحت تتكون من كفايتين هما الكفايات الشخصية والكفايات التدريسية وعدد فقراتها(٥٨) فقرة، وتم استخراج صدق وثبات الاستبانة بعد ذلك تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث بطريقة الملاحظة واستخراج النتائج وتفسيرها. وكان من أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث هي أن معلمات رياض الأطفال في الروضات الحكومية يتمتعن بكفايات شخصية ممتازة وبدرجة عالية، وأن مستوى أدائهن للكفايات التدريسية ضعيف جدا وبحاجة إلى تدريب وإتقان لجميع المهارات التدريسية كي يصلن إلى المستوى المنشود. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحثان بضرورة اقامة ندوات ودورات لمعلمات رياض الاطفال تهتم بطرائق التدريس فضلا عن اساليب تعامل المعلمات مع الاطفال وذلك لتزويدهم بأمثلة وتدريبات تربوية فضلا عن تزويدهن بالوسائل والتقنيات اللازمة لإنجاح المهمة التي ينبغي القيام بها.

In light of the researcher recommended to hold Sessions Training Intensive For kindergarten teachers Children In Areas Methods Teaching methods Treatment Children And guidance Their behavior, and that To enrich Ideas Examples And training and applications Educational Simple And exciting And provide them with the tools Devices Required Per Training and employment At Prepared Before Do Them. The researcher suggested some recommendations, including a study on the extent of Effectiveness Program Indicative A proposal to reduce Unit Tension To Parameters Kindergartens, And a study of Relationship Between Positions Stressful life Which Exposed Its Parameters Kindergarten Performance Teaching Excellence.
