المستخلص: وجه آخر للكتابة النسائية: ماي مختار تمثل شهادة حية وصادقة تتيح للقارئ تسليط الضوء على مكانة المرأة في مناطق معينة من العالم. كتابها هو ثمرة تجربتها الشخصية، قصمتها تسلط الضوء على مجتمع تحكمه القوانين القبلية. تمت ترجمة السيرة الذاتية لماي مختار، بالتعاون مع صديقتها نسيم وقد ترجم الكتاب إلى 23 لغة.
ماي مختار باكستانية تعيش في قرية ميروالا شرقي باكستان. لم تفعل شيئا سوى أن شقيقها البالغ من العمر اثني عشر عاما قد شوهد مع فتاة من عشيرة أخرى. لكن محكمة القانون القبلي في قريتها بشرق باكستان حكمت عليها بحكم قاسي جدا كتعويض عن خطأ مزعوم من أخيها فقررت أن تتحدث علانيا وتكسر الصمت وتستخدم الكتابة كسلاح لمكافحة هذه الأساليب القاسية لتحقيق العدالة. وبالفعل ومن أعماق باكستان وصل صوتها إلى العالم ولاقت تضامنا كبيرا من قبل وسائل الأعلام. يعرض هذا البحث دور الأعمال الأدبية في عرض المشكلات الاجتماعية وذلك لأن الأدب يعتبر بدور مرآة لأي مجتمع وله دور فعال في عرض القضايا الاجتماعية ومحاولة إيجاد حلول لها وفي هذ ا المحور ومن خلال عمل ماي مختار المترجم إلى اللغة الفرنسية نقوم بتحليل الصراع الدائم بين العادات والتقاليد وبين الوعي والحداثة حيث يقدم البحث من خلال عمل ماي مختار ما تفرضه المحاكم القبلية في بعض المجتمعات من أحكام وقوانين قاسية ضد المرآة كما يعرض البحث عن طريق السيرة الذاتية لماي مختار الحل الذي قدمته الكاتبة للتخلص من الأحكام القبلية ومن العنف ضد المزة ألا وهو التعليم فقد قامت ماي ببناء مدرسة لتعليم فتيات قريتها لكي يزدادوا وعيا وأوضحت أن التعليم هو السبيل الوحيد للقضاء على العنصرية والعنف والأحكام القبلية.


Une autre facette d'écriture féminine : Mukhtar Mai est un témoignage vif et sincère qui permet au lecteur de braquer le projecteur sur la condition de la femme dans certaines parties du monde. Son livre est le fruit de son expérience personnelle. Un volet qui met en relief sa propre histoire dans une société régentée par des lois tribales. L'autobiographie de Mukhtar Mai, écrit en collaboration avec son amie Naseem, fut traduit vers 23 langues. Mukhtaran Bibi ou Mukhtar Mai est une pakistanaise, qui vit dans le village de Meerwala, à l’est de Pakistan. Elle n'avait rien fait mais son frère, âgé de douze ans, aurait été vu avec une fille d’un autre clan… Le tribunal des lois tribales de son village de l'est du Pakistan l'a pourtant condamnée à être violée en réparation d'une prétendue faute de son frère. Pour la première fois au monde, un tribunal prononce cette terrifiante sentence. Violée, humiliée, déshonorée, elle aurait pu se suicider, mais au contraire elle a décidé de parler, de briser le silence et de lutter contre ces manières très cruelles de rendre la justice. Du fond du Pakistan, son appel est entendu par les médias, les hommes politiques et son histoire entraîne un immense élan de solidarité.

Another side of women's writing: Mai Mukhtar represents a living and honest testimony that allows the reader to shed light on the position of women in certain regions of the world. Her book is the fruit of her personal experience. Her story sheds light on a society ruled by tribal laws. Mai Mukhtar's biography was translated in cooperation with her friend Nasim, and the book has been translated into 23 languages.
Mai Mukhtar is a Pakistani woman who lives in the village of Meerwala in eastern Pakistan. She did nothing except that her twelve-year-old brother was spotted with a girl from another clan. But the tribal court in her village in eastern Pakistan sentenced her to a very harsh sentence as compensation for an alleged mistake by her brother, so she decided to speak out, break the silence and use writing as a weapon to combat these harsh methods of achieving justice. Indeed, from the depths of Pakistan, her voice reached the world and met with great solidarity from the media. This research presents the role of literary works in presenting social problems because literature is considered a mirror of any society and has an effective role in presenting social issues and finding solutions. In this topic, through Mai Mukhtar's translated work into French, we analyse the permanent conflict between customs and traditions and between consciousness and modernity. Through the work of Mai Mukhtar, the research presents the harsh rulings and laws imposed by tribal courts in some societies against women. Through the biography of Mai Mukhtar, the research presents the solution that the author provided to get rid of tribal decisions and violence against women, which is education. Mai built a school to educate the girls of her village so that they become more aware. She explained that education is the only way to eliminate racism, violence, and tribal decisions.
