المستخلص: The study aimed to prepare a scale of strategic learning skills for primary school pupils for the age group (10-11 years) and verify its psychometric characteristics. The sample of the study consisted of (200) pupils and students from the fifth primary grade students at Ahmed Shawky Primary Schools, Qunah Elementary School, and Belnakma Primary School For the Qaleen Educational Administration in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, the scale will consist of 35 items distributed over (11) dimensions, namely (planning and setting goals- repetition and designation- Elaboration- Organization and transfer - effort organization seeking academic help - peer learning management Study environment and time Self - monitoring - keeping records - self - evaluation) and the scale vocabulary was analyzed to verify its psychometric properties by presenting it to (8) arbitrators to show (the linguistic formulation and the suitability of the vocabulary to the dimension they belong to as the wording of some of the vocabulary number (8) was modified, After applying the scale to the individuals of the sample, the internal consistency of the vocabulary was checked by revealing the significance of the correlation coefficients between each individual and the overall degree of the dimension as well as the overall degree of the scale, as well as checking the discrimination factors between high and low attribute based on the overall degree of the scale in the degrees of each of the vocabulary of the scale Also, the indicators of the stability of the scale were verified by the Alpha Cronbach method, and the coefficients of stability reached: (760.0) for the total degree, ranged between (779.0 and 910.0) for the dimensions, and using the half- way method, the stability factor for the total degree reached (989.0), and ranged between (780. And 916.0) for the sub dimensions, and the scale validation was verified using the content validation method, and the results indicate that the scale has acceptable stability and validity indicators.

هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد مقياس لمهارات التعلم الاستراتيجي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية للفئة العمرية من (10-11) سنة والتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي بمدارس أحمد شوقي الابتدائية، وقونة الابتدائية، ومدرسة بلنكومة الابتدائية بإدارة قلين التعليمية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وتكون المقياس من 35 مفردة موزعة على (11) بعد، هم (التخطيط ووضع الأهداف- التكرار والتسميع- التفاصيل أو الاتقان- التنظيم والتحويل– تنظيم الجهد- طلب العون الأكاديمي– تعلم الأقران- إدارة بيئة ووقت الدراسة– المراقبة الذاتية– الاحتفاظ بالسجلات- التقويم الذاتي)، وقد تم تحليل مفردات المقياس للتحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية من خلال عرضه على (8) محكمين لبيان (الصياغة اللغوية ومدى ملائمة المفردات للبعد الذي تنتمي إليه حيث تم تعديل صياغة بعض المفردات وعددها (8)، وبعد تطبيق المقياس على أفراد العينة تم التحقق من الاتساق الداخلي للمفردات بالكشف عن دلالات معاملات الارتباط بين كل مفردة والدرجة الكلية للبعد وكذلك الدرجة الكلية للمقياس، كما تم التحقق من معاملات التمييز بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي السمة بناء على الدرجة الكلية للمقياس في درجات كل مفردة من مفردات المقياس، كما تم التحقق من مؤشرات ثبات المقياس بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ وقد بلغت معاملات الثبات: (0.760) بالنسبة للدرجة الكلية، وتراوحت بين (0.779و0.910) بالنسبة للأبعاد، وباستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية بلغ معامل الثبات بالنسبة للدرجة الكلية (0.989)، وتراوح بين (0.780 و0.916) بالنسبة للأبعاد الفرعية، وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس باستخدام طريقة صدق المحتوى وتشير النتائج بأن المقياس يتمتع بمؤشرات ثبات وصدق مقبولة.
