هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الالتزام المهني لمعلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمصر، وتحدد هدفا الدراسة في: 1- الوقوف على واقع الالتزام المهني لمعلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمصر. 2- التوصل إلى مقترحات لتحسين الالتزام المهني لمعلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمصر. ولتحقيق هدفا الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تحليل الأدب النظري المتعلق بالالتزام المهني، وإعداد استبانة مكونة من (28) عبارة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وقد قسمت الاستبانة إلى محورين هما: الالتزام العاطفي، الالتزام المعياري، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1- قلة شعور المعلمين بالمكانة والتقدير المعنوي لهم، نتيجة تهميشهم وعدم وضعهم في مكانتهم المناسبة. 2- شعور المعلمين بضعف الدعم والتقدير المادي المقدم لهم مقارنة ببعض الفئات الأخرى في المجتمع. 3- تدني إدراك المعلمين للعدالة في التعامل من قبل الإدارة داخل المدرسة، الأمر الذي يشير إلى سيادة المجاملات وتحيز الإدارة إلى بعض العاملين على حساب البعض. وقدمت الدراسة بعض المقترحات كان من أهمها: تبني مبدأ العدالة في التوزيع للعمل والحوافز والمبني على أساس الكفاءة، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة شعور المعلم بمبدأ العدالة وزيادة انتماءه لمهنته ومدرسته وتطلعه للتطور الوظيفي بشكل مستمر وهو ما له مردود جيد على مستوى التزامه.
The study aimed to identify the reality of the professional commitment of teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Egypt, and the study objectives were defined as: 1- Standing on the reality of the professional commitment of teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Egypt. 2- Reaching out proposals to improve the professional commitment of teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Egypt. In order to achieve the two objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, through analyzing the theoretical literature related to professional commitment, and preparing a questionnaire consisting of (28) statements, and their validity and consistency were confirmed, and the questionnaire was divided into two axes: emotional commitment and standard commitment, and the study reached several main results: 1- Lack of teachers' sense of status and moral appreciation for them, as a result of their marginalization and not being placed in their proper position. 2- Teachers’ sense of the weak support and financial appreciation provided to them compared to some other groups in society. 3- The teachers’ low awareness of fairness in dealing by the administration inside the school, which indicates the prevalence of courtesies and the bias of the administration towards some workers at the expense of others. The study made some proposals, the most important of which were: Adopting the principle of justice in the distribution of work and incentives, which is based on competence, which leads to an increase in the teacher's sense of the principle of justice and an increase in his belonging to his profession and school and his aspiration for continuous career development, which has a good return on the level of his commitment.
