|a هدف البحث إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام للقيادة الخادمة، واستعداد المعلمين للتغيير التنظيمي، والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق بين متوسطات استجابات المعلمين تعزى لاختلاف (المؤهل الدراسي، والتخصص، والمرحلة الدراسية، وسنوات الخبرة). وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وبخاصة منه الأسلوب الارتباطي، واشتملت أدوات البحث على أداتين: استبانة القيادة الخادمة، واستبانة الاستعداد للتغيير التنظيمي، وطبقت الأداتين على عينة قوامها (٤٩١) معلما من معلمي مدارس التعليم العام بمراحلها الثلاثة في مدينة جدة. وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ومتوسطة القيمة بين ممارسة القيادة الخادمة واستعداد المعلمين للتغيير التنظيمي. ولم توجد فروق بين متوسطات استجابات المعلمين حول استعدادهم للتغيير التنظيمي تعزى للتخصص، والمرحلة الدراسية، ولم توجد فروق حول ممارسة القيادة الخادمة تعزى للتخصص، في حين وجدت فروق تعزى للمتغيرات الباقية.

|b study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between principals practices of public education schools for servant leadership, and teachers 'readiness for organizational change. and the detection of differences between the averages of the teachers' responses due to differences (academic qualification, specialization, education stage, and experience years). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, in particular the Correlative technique .The study tools included two tools: the questionnaire of the Servant leadership, and the readiness for organizational change. The tools were applied to a sample of (491) teachers from three public education stage in Jeddah. The study concluded that there is a positive correlation between the practice of the servant leadership and the teachers' readiness for organizational change. There were no differences between the averages of teachers' responses to their readiness for organizational change due to specialization and the school stage. There were no differences in the practice of transformational leadership due to specialization, while differences were found due to the remaining variables.
