|a يعد التدريب الميداني مكونا جوهريا في برامج إعداد معلم العلوم بغرض مساعدة الطالب علي توظيف ما تعلمه في الجامعة عن التدريس في التدريس الفعلي بإشراف معلم خبير في المدرسة، وقد ركزت الأدبيات على استخدام مصطلح "عملية المنتورية" لوصف طبيعة العلاقة بين المعلم الخبير (المنتور) والطالب، وحددت أنشطة ووظائف ومهارات المنتورية، وأدوار ومسئوليات المنتور والطالب المعلم. وقد هدف البحث إلى تصميم حقيبة تدريبية قائمة على مدخل الكفايات وتقصي فاعليتها في تنمية مهارات المنتورية لدي معلمي العلوم، وقد تم تحليل احتياجات المتدربين كما تم تصميم استبانة لذلك الغرض مقسمة إلى ثمانية كفايات يحتاج إليها المتدربين. تم بناء الحقيبة التدريبية واشتملت أدوات البحث اختبار معرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات المنتورية، واستبانة تقييم الطالب المعلم لمهارات المنتورية، واستطلاع رأي المنتور في الحقيبة التدريبية. وتكون التصميم التجريبي من مجموعة تجريبية واحدة شملت عينة عشوائية (7) من معلمي العلوم ذوي الخبرة، وقد قام كل معلم باختيار طالب بطريقة عشوائية من بين الطلاب الذين يقوم بالإشراف عليهم ليشارك في تجربة البحث، وتم التطبيق الأدوات قبل وبعد تنفيذ تجربة البحث وأوضحت النتائج فاعلية الحقيبة التدريبية (المتغير المستقل) في تنمية معظم مهارات المنتورية (المتغير التابع) لدي المتدربين.

|b Field training is an essential component of science teacher education programs in order to help the student to employ what he learned in the university about teaching in actual teaching under the supervision of an expert teacher in the school. The literature focused on the use of the term mentoring, and identified the activities and functions and mentoring skills, and the roles and responsibilities of the Mentor teacher and student teacher. The aim of the research was to design a training Package based on the entrance of competencies and to check the effectiveness in developing the mentoring skills in science teachers, the needs of the trainees were analyzed and a questionnaire was designed for this purpose divided into eight competencies needed by the trainees. The training package was built and the research tools included cognitive test, notice list in mentoring skills, the student's assessment of mentoring skills, and the Mentor's view of the training package. The experimental design consisted of one experimental group that included a random sample of 7 experienced science teachers. Each teacher chose a random student among the students who supervised them to participate in the research experiment. The tools were applied before and after the experiment. Training package (independent variable) revealed a development of most of the mentor skills (variable dependent) among the trainees.
