هدف البحث إلى وضع معايير مقترحة لتفعيل دور المنتديات التعليمية الإلكترونية في تعليم العلوم من خلال تطبيق أسلوب دلفي والذي تم خلاله القيام بثلاث جولات اعتمدن على أسئلة البحث، وعرضها في الجولة الأولى على الخبراء في مجالات متخصصة مختلفة مثل تعليم العلوم، وتقنيات التعليم، ومشرفين تربويين، ومعلمي علوم، ومشرفي مواقع تعلم إلكتروني. وقد كانت الأسئلة مفتوحة، وتم جمع وتنسيق وترتيب جميع آراء الخبراء في محاور. وتم إعادتها للخبراء في الجولة الثانية ليتم تدقيقها من قبلهم، وإبداء الرأي في درجة الأهمية وتحكيمها، ثم بعد ذلك وضعت في صورة نهائية، وعرضها في الجولة الثالثة للموافقة على المعايير النهائية لتنتهي الجولات، ويتم عمل المعالجة الإحصائية لما نتج، ووضع قائمة المعايير النهائية التي توصل لها البحث. وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث: عداد نموذج مقترح لمعايير لتفعيل دور المنتديات التعليمية الإلكترونية في تعليم العلوم، حيث قسمت تلك المعايير إلى ثمانية أقسام هي: معايير فنية (27) معيار، ومعايير تربوية وعلمية (24) معيار، ومعايير تنظيمية إدارية (20) معيار، ومعايير عمليات تعليم وتعلم العلوم (16) معيار، ومعايير تختص بالإدارة التعليمية (14) معيار، ومعايير تختص بالمدرسة (11) معيار، ومعايير تختص بمعلم العلوم (10) معيار، معايير تختص بالطالب والأسرة (9) معيار. وقد كان من أهم توصيات الدراسة الاستفادة من المعايير المقترحة التي توصلت لها الدراسة لتفعيل دور المنتديات التعليمية الإلكترونية في تعليم العلوم، وحث الإدارات التعليمية بإلزام المدارس والمعلمين بتفعيل المنتديات التعليمية الإلكترونية في تعليم العلوم في المدارس لما لها من دور في تسهيل العملية التعليمية لمواد العلوم.
The research aimed is to develop proposed criteria to activate the role of electronic educational forums in science education through the application of the Delphi method, during which three rounds were made based on the research questions, and presented in the first round to experts in various specialized fields such as science education, educational technology, and educational supervisors, And science teachers, and e-learning webmasters. The questions were open. All expert opinions have been collected, coordinated and arranged in axes. It was returned to the experts in the second round to be examined by them, to express an opinion on the degree of importance and judged, then after that it was finalized and presented in the third round for approval of the final criteria for the rounds to end. Have a search. The most important results of the research were: Preparing a proposed model for criteria to activate the role of electronic educational forums in science education, as these criteria were divided into eight sections: technical standards (27) standards, educational and scientific standards (24) standards, and administrative organizational standards (20) Standard and standards for science teaching and learning processes (16) standards, and standards pertaining to educational administration (14) standard, and standards pertaining to the school (11) standard, and standards pertaining to science teacher (10) standard, standards pertaining to the student and family (9) standard. One of the most important recommendations of the study was to make use of the proposed criteria that the study reached to activate the role of electronic educational forums in science education, and to urge educational departments to oblige schools and teachers to activate electronic educational forums in science education in schools because of their role in facilitating the educational process of science subjects.
