المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور المؤسسات التربوية تجاه التربية الوقائية لطلاب التعليم الثانوي؛ لتجنيب الطلاب بعض سلبيات الواقع الثقافي والإعلامي المعاصر، وتتمثل المؤسسات التربوية في الأسرة والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام ودور العبادة والأندية، واستخدم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتضمن البحث إطار نظري وآخر ميداني، وتناول الإطار النظري التربية الوقائية ومفهومها وأهدافها، وأهميتها للطلاب ومجالاتها ومؤسساتها، بينما تضمن الإطار الميداني استبانة طبقت على عينة عشوائية من طلاب التعليم الثانوي العام والفني بمحافظة سوهاج، للوقوف على واقع الأدوار الوقائية لكلا من الأسرة والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام ودور العبادة والأندية لتجنيب الطلاب بعض سلبيات الواقع الثقافي والإعلامي المعاصر، وتكونت الاستبانة من خمسة محاور، تضمنت واقع الأدوار الوقائية للمؤسسات التربوية لتجنيب الطلاب بعض سلبيات الواقع الثقافي والإعلامي المعاصر، وللحصول على نتائج الدراسة تم جمع البيانات من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث، وبعد ذلك تم استخدام أساليب إحصائية مناسبة لطبيعة البحث، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج التي تشير إلى الدور الإيجابي الذي تقوم به المؤسسات التربوية تجاه ترسيخ قيم المواطنة والانتماء لدى الطلاب، وتشجيعهم على تحمل المسئولية الاجتماعية، وإكسابهم مختلف المعارف والمهارات والخبرات وقواعد السلوك الاجتماعي، وآداب الحوار والمناقشة، وتنمية بعض القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية والصحية لديهم، بينما أشارت بعض نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف الدور الذي تقوم به المؤسسات التربوية تجاه تنمية وعي الطلاب بالمخططات التي تستهدف النيل من ثقافة المجتمع وطاقاته البشرية، من خلال بث بعض المواد الإعلامية التي تروج للعنف والتنمر والإباحية والإدمان بكافة صوره، وقصور برامج المتابعة والدعم والرعاية للطلاب والتي قد توجههم لسبل الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا المعاصرة والأنترنت في تنمية الفرد والمجتمع، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات، متضمنة الأدوار المأمولة للمؤسسات التربوية تجاه التربية الوقائية لطلاب التعليم الثانوي.

The current research aims to identify the role of educational institutions towards preventive education for secondary education students. In order to spare students some of the negative aspects of contemporary cultural and media reality, educational institutions are represented in the family, school, media, places of worship and clubs, and in this research the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the research included a theoretical and field framework, and the theoretical framework dealt with preventive education, its concept and objectives, and its importance to students and their fields and institutions, while The field frame included a questionnaire applied to a random sample of general and technical secondary education students in Sohag Governorate, to find out the reality of the protective roles of the family, school, media, places of worship and clubs to spare students some of the negative aspects of contemporary cultural and media reality, and the questionnaire consisted of five axes, which included the reality of preventive roles For educational institutions to spare students some of the negative aspects of the contemporary cultural and media reality, and to obtain the results of the study, data were collected through the application of research tools, and after that, statistical methods appropriate to the nature of the research were used, and the study reached some results that indicate the positive role that educational institutions play towards Consolidating the values of citizenship and belonging to students, and encouraging them to assume responsibility Social guardianship, providing them with various knowledge, skills, experiences, rules of social behavior, etiquette for dialogue and discussion, and developing some moral, social and health values in them, while some of the study results indicated the weakness of the role that educational institutions play towards developing students’ awareness of plans that aim to undermine society’s culture and human energies. By broadcasting some media materials that promote violence, bullying, pornography and addiction in all its forms, and the deficiencies of follow-up, support and care programs for students that may direct them to ways to benefit from contemporary technology and the Internet in the development of the individual and society.
