تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في عدة تساؤلات تتمثل في ما هي أساليب ونظم الرقابة المتبعة في المستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة حائل بالإضافة إلي ما هي درجة تطبيق أساليب ونظم الرقابة المتبعة في المستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة حائل وما مدي وجود اختلافات في آراء واتجاهات أطقم التمريض نحو نظم الرقابة تبعا لمتغيراتهم الشخصية والوظيفية بهدف التعرف على أساليب ونظم الرقابة المتبعة في المستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة حائل مع وضع مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات المتوقع أن تسفر عنها الدراسة يمكن الاستفادة منها في تحسين أساليب ونظم الرقابة المتبعة. وتوصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من عمر، حجم، تخصص المستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة حائل أساليب ونظم الرقابة المتبعة بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء واتجاهات أطقم التمريض نحو نظم الرقابة وكل من خبرتهم الوظيفية، تخصصهم الوظيفي، مستواهم الإداري. وأهم التوصيات هي إقرار سياسة رشيدة على المستوى القومي، تنظيم كل ما يتصل بأساليب ونظم الرقابة المتبعة في المستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة حائل من تنظيم وتخطيط وإنتاج وترشيد وغيره مع التنسيق التام بين البرامج التدريبية على مستوي المستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة، حائل، بحيث يتم توفير الكوادر المؤهلة والملمة بأساليب ونظم الرقابة المتبعة بما يتناسب وحاجة العملة التمريضي.
Study problem is concentrated in number of questions, What are the control systems, methods used in public hospitals in the Hail region in addition to What is the application degree of control systems, methods used in public hospitals in Hail And the extent to which differences in views and attitudes of nursing staff towards the control systems depending on their personal and functional variables In order to identify the control systems, methods used in government hospitals in Hail, provide a number of findings and recommendations which expected from the study to improve the control systems, methods used. The study founded that there are statistically significant differences between (age, size, specialty of government hospitals in Hail in methods and control systems used In addition, there are statistically significant differences between the views and attitudes of nursing staff towards the control systems and their respective functional experience, their professional specialization, their managerial level. Study introduced a set of recommendations, there is a necessity of adoption of a rational policy on the national level, regulation all matters relating to control methods and systems applied in the governmental hospitals in Hail district (organizing, planning and production, rationalization and other), there is a need for full coordination between the training programs at the level of governmental hospitals in Hail district to prepare qualified employee with knowledge of techniques and control systems used according to the needs of nursing work.
