تتوافق الدراسة مع اهتمامات الدولة بشأن دعم الوزارات بكل الأساليب العلمية والوسائل التقنية الحديثة التي تهدف إلى الارتقاء والتغلب على الأزمة الراهنة هنا يأتي دور إدارة الأزمات والعلاقات العامة التي تقوم بدور كبير وفعال عند حدوث الأزمة وخاصة أن النتائج غير المرغوب فيها للأزمات تنعكس على الجمهور بغض النظر عن نوع الأزمة ومستواها والسبب في ذلك أن أبعاد الأزمة يمكن أن تكون اجتماعية أو اقتصادية أو بيئية أو حتى سياسية فالمهمة الكبرى للعلاقات العامة هي التوفيق بين عناصر المجتمع وهيئاته ومؤسساته والتنسيق بين مصالحه المختلفة خاصة إبان الأزمات والكوارث وهوما يلقى بنا الضوء إلى أهمية دراسة دور إدارة الأزمات بتلك الوزارات المصرية في كيفية التعامل مع الأزمات سواء الداخلية أو الخارجية ومعرفة دورهم في استخدام المنهج العلمي كأسلوب للتعامل مع الأزمات ومعالجتها من أجل الحفاظ على صورة وسمعة الوزارة وتقديم المعلومات الحقيقية للجمهور حول الأزمة لاحتواء الأزمة والسيطرة عليها وفى كل مرة نفتح سيناريوهات مختلفة شكلا ومضمونا، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف على جميع مستويات الوزارات لتحقيق الاستقرار وإلقاء الضوء على علم إدارة الأزمات والتعرف على دور إدارة الأزمات أثناء الأزمة وطبيعة الوظيفة التصحيحية والوقائية والعلاجية داخل الوزارات وقت الأزمات ومعرفة معنى العلاقات العامة الإلكترونية ومكانتها في الوزارات وهل اختلفت هذه المكانة والوظيفة من وزارة لأخرى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال واستخدام الشبكات من أنجح الوسائل التي تواجه بها الوزارات تحديات العصر إذ أنها تعين المسؤولين في اتخاذ القرارات في الواقع المختلفة ووضع وتنفيذ الخطط.
There is no Country without crises and disasters, But the difference between the Egyptian country and the rest of the countries is not only in the number of crises but in the way of dealing with these crises and disasters and the gap between the disaster and the other, The crisis may take long years and we do not deal correctly with it, Which highlights the importance of studying the role of crisis management in these Egyptian ministries in dealing with crises, both internal and external through their role in using the methodology as a way of dealing with the crises and solving them in order to preserve the image and reputation of the ministry and to Provide real information to the public about the crisis to control and solve it, and highlighting different scenarios in form and content . This study aims to achieve a set of objectives at all levels of the ministries to achieve stability, and to Shed light on the science of crises management, and to identify the role of crisis management During the crisis and The nature of the corrective, preventive and therapeutic function within the ministries during the crisis and to know the meaning of electronic public relations and its status in the ministries and the difference of this status and function between a ministry to another. The study concluded that the multiple technologies of communication and the use of networks are the most successful means by which the ministries face the challenges of the age, as they help the officials in making decisions in different locations and the implementation of plans. The study showed that public relations does not manage the crisis explicitly and it turned out that the administration assigned to it a number of roles ranging from following the reaction of the public and the implementation of media campaigns related to the crisis .This study is compatible with the interest of the country concerning providing the ministries with all scientific methods and modern technical means which aims at making progress and overcoming the current crisis. Here comes the role of crises management and public relations which is considered big and effective during the crisis as the unwanted crises results reflect to the public whatever the kind and level of crisis .The big task of the public relation is reconciliation between the institutions , the members and the authorities of the society and the coordination between its different affairs during the crises and disasters.
