المستخلص: As a writer of emergency literature, Algerian writer Yasmina Khadra sheds light on the violence in the country at the hands of extremist terrorist groups in the late twentieth century. The novel "Wolf Dreams" is a painful cry against violence and social class injustice within Algeria. The modern novel is based on several essential elements, of which time and place are the most influential. From this point of view, the two elements of time and place can be considered fundamental pillars of this novel, as it sheds light on historical events and, at the same time, it embodies the social and political life within Algerian society during this critical era of history. Thus, "Wolf Dreams" presents a harmonious blend of fact and fiction within a social and political framework. This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc.

Yasmina Khadra, comme il était un des écrivains de la littérature d’urgence, a centralisé son roman sur les événements de la violence faits par la mouvance terroriste en Algérie à la fin du XXe siècle. "À quoi rêvent les loups" lance un cri douloureux contre la violence et l’injustice sociale en Algérie. Le roman moderne fond sur plusieurs éléments dont le temps et l’espace sont les plus efficaces. À ce titre, le temps et l’espace sont des principes fondamentaux de ce roman qui nous permet de mettre en lumière les faits historiques et en même temps d’incarner la vie sociopolitique des Algériens pendant cette période critique de son histoire. "À quoi rêvent les loups" est donc une cohésion formidable de la fiction et de la réalité dans un cadre sociopolitique bien exposé.

باعتباره أحد كتاب أدب الطوارئ، فقد قام الكاتب الجزائري ياسمينا خضرا بتسليط الضوء في روايته على أحداث العنف التي شهدتها البلاد على أيدي الجماعات الإرهابية المتطرفة في أواخر القرن العشرين. وتعتبر رواية "بم تحلم الذئاب" صرخة مؤلمة ضد العنف والظلم الاجتماعي الطبقي داخل الجزائر. إن الرواية الحديثة ترتكز على عدة عناصر أساسية والتي يعتبر عنصري الزمان والمكان أكثرها تأثيرا. ومن هذا المنطلق، فإن عنصري الزمان والمكان يمكن اعتبارهما ركائز أساسية لهذه الرواية فهي تسلط الضوء على الأحداث التاريخية وفى الوقت عينه، تجسد الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية داخل المجتمع الجزائري خلال هذه الحقبة التاريخية الحرجة. وبالتالي فإن رواية "بم تحلم الذئاب" تعرض مزيج متناسق من الحقيقة والخيال وذلك في إطار اجتماعي وسياسي.
