المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تأثير بيداغوجيا التعلم بالتعاقد مدخل لتنمية مكونات الذكاء الأخلاقي لأطفال مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في ضوء نظرية بوربا، وتألفت عينة البحث من (١٦) طفلا وطفلة تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (6-٧) سنوات، وتمثلت أداة البحث في اختبار مكونات الذكاء الأخلاقي المصور لأطفال مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، والاعتماد في الإجابة على أسئلة البحث وفرض الفروض وتحليل النتائج وتفسيرها على المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم في تصميمه على المجموعة الواحدة، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد على القياس القبلي والبعدي لأطفال العينة، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لعينة البحث في الاختبار لصالح القياس البعدي، كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لعينة البحث وفقا لمتغير النوع في التعاطف لصالح الإناث، بينما توجد فروق غير دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث وفقا لمتغير النوع في الضمير، ضبط الذات، كما اتضح التأثير الإيجابي لبيداغوجيا التعلم بالتعاقد في تنمية مكونات الذكاء الأخلاقي لأطفال مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية.

The research aims to detect the effect of pedagogical learning by contracting a gateway to the development of the components of the moral intelligence of children in social welfare institutions in the light of the Borba theory. The sample was composed of (16) children aged (6-7) years and between. The research tool was to test the components of the visual ethical intelligence of children in social welfare institutions. The reliability and consistency of the tool was confirmed, and to rely on answering questions of research, imposition, analyzing and interpreting the results on the experimental method approach based in its design on one group, and the analytical descriptive method, The results showed that there are statistical function differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the test for the dimensional measurement. The results also showed that there are statistical function differences between the averages of the research sample in favor of the dimensional measurement, as well as the statistical function differences of the search sample according to the gender variable in the female sympathy, while there are statistically inconsequential differences between the averages of the research sample in accordance with the variation in conscience, Pedagogic AL's positive impact has been demonstrated by contracting to the development of the moral intelligence components of welfare-state children.
