هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي للطالبة المعلمة لتنمية مهاراتها لتصميم وإنتاج حقيبة تعليمية لطفل الروضة في ضوء منهج 2.0 ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بتصميم برنامج تدريبي للطالبة المعلمة لتنمية مهاراتها لتصميم وإنتاج حقيبة تعليمية لطفل الروضة وقياس فاعليته في تنمية هذه المهارات لدى الطالبة المعلمة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة- جامعة القاهرة، وتم إعداد أدوات البحث المتمثلة في اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي للطالبة المعلمة لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج حقيبة تعليمية لطفل الروضة، وبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات الأدائية لتصميم وإنتاج حقيبة تعليمية لطفل الروضة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (٦٠) طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الثانية ببرنامج اللغة الإنجليزية مقسمة إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية وعددها (٣٠) طالبة وأخرى ضابطة وعددها (٣٠) طالبة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي لتطبيق البحث، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج، بهدف التعرف على الفروق بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار قياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج حقيبة تعليمية لطفل الروضة، وبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات الأدائية لتصميم وإنتاج حقيبة تعليمية لطفل الروضة لصالح طالبات المجموعة التجريبية، كما أسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات الطالبة المعلمة لتصميم وإنتاج حقيبة تعليمية لطفل الروضة.
"The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program for the student teacher to develop her skills to design and produce a learning kit for the kindergarten child in light of the 2.0 curriculum. To achieve this goal, the researcher designed a training program for the student teacher to develop her skills to design and produce a learning kit for the kindergarten child and to measure its effectiveness in developing these skills for the student-teacher at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education - Cairo University. The research tools represented in an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the student-teacher for the skills of designing and producing a learning kit for the kindergarten child, and a note card for the performance skills of designing and producing a learning kit for the kindergarten child were prepared. The research sample consisted of (60) students from the second year in the English language program divided into two groups. One is experimental, numbering 30 students, and the other is control, numbering 30 students. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach to apply the research. The research tools were applied to the experimental and control groups before and after the program's application, aiming to identify the differences between the two applications, the pre, and post-applications. The results showed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the post-application of the test measuring the cognitive aspect of the skills of designing and producing a learning kit for the kindergarten child and the observation card for the performance skills of designing and producing a learning kit for the kindergarten child in favor of the students of the experimental group. The results also revealed the training program's effectiveness in developing the student teacher's skills to design and produce a learning kit for the kindergarten child.
