المستخلص: إن مقاربة بيداغوجيا "التخطيط بالسيناريو" استراتيجياتها وأثرها من بعد البحث العلمي، واعتمادها في أسس تكوين النموذج العلمي على مبادئ (Herman Kahn, 1968) ونقاطه العشر في قراءة السيناريوهات، ومن بعد المدرسة التربوية "التعليمية في المهن"la didactique professionnelle ، والأهمية التي أعطته هذه الأخيرة، لاستشراف وضعيات، وأنشطة مهنية تحاكي البحث العلمي، في مجالات علمية متنوعة ومختلفة.
بيد أن مقاربة التخطيط بالسيناريو، كبيداغوحيا في التخطيط التربوي، تجد إطارها العلمي من خلال منطلقين:
١. قراءة البيداغوجيا نموذجها: أسس إعداده وتطويره في التجربة الفعلية، وقراءة وخصائصها العلمية والتربوية:
٢. الارتكاز على قراءة أثر النموذج في التطوير المهني، والبحث العلمي في إطار علم الاجتماع التربوي، من خلال قراءة مثال في الشراكة المجتمعية، وما جاء في (الهدف السابع) من الرؤية العالمية للتنمية المستدامة ٢٠٣٠، والقيم المستجدة التي تلبي التطلعات العالمية.
لقد استعملت البيداغوجيا في دراسات عالم افتراضي، خلال الثورة الصناعية، وفي الحقبة العلمية الممتدة من عام ١٩٩٠ إلى عام ٢٠٠٠م، والتي لقبت "بموت التخطيط الاستراتيجي".
من كل ما تقدم، فاعتبرت "التعليمية في المهن" أن قراءة وتحليل الممارسات المهنية، وتناول الوضعيات الروتينية من بعدي التطوير المهني والبحث العلمي من الأسباب العلمية، في تناول الباحثيين بيداغوجيات، وذلك لأنها تساعدهم في مناقشة نماذج علمية، ووضع إطار مرجعي يحاكي التطوير المهني، ومنها على سبيل المثال الهدف السابع عشر، وقراءته للقيادة التشاركية المجتمعية.


Cette étude propose une approche de la pédagogie «planification par scénarios », innové par (Herman Kahn, 1968), et se base sur les études de (Sammuçay, 2005) sur la pédagogie par simmulation , pour étudier l’effet et l’importance d’un modéle scientifique proposé pour réfléchir la planification, et des situations traditionnlles pour la recherche scientifique et pour la didactique professionnelle et la place fondatrice que celle-ci accorde á l’analyse de l’activité en vue de réfléchir la pratique du leadership en action. La nécessité d’identifier, de caractériser, um model pour la « pédagogie de planification par scénarios », en se basant sur un model scientifique en management scolaire. Cette étude novatrice résulte une réfléxion sur des compétences, sur l’analyse de la pratique du leader en experience et sur la description des ressources utiles pour penser et agir en experience.
Dans cette approche pédagogique, les situations de travail constituent la part absente et méconnue des référentiels de compétences des responsables pédagogiques et des sociétés pédagogiques et professionnelles.


The Pedagogical approach "Scenario Planning" and its strategies and impact from the dimension of scientific research, and its adoption in the foundations of the formation of the scientific model on the principles (Herman Kahn, 1968) and his ten points in reading scenarios and from the dimension of the pedagogical school "Education in the Profession" and the importance that the latter gave to it, to supervise positions and professional activities that simulate scientific research, in various and different fields of science. However, the scenario planning approach, such as pedagogy in educational planning, finds its scientific framework through two starting points:

Based on reading the impact of the model on professional development, scientific research within the framework of educational sociology, by reading an example in community partnership, and what is carried in the (seventh goal) of the World Vision for Sustainable Development 2030, and emerging values that meet global aspirations.
Pedagogia was used in hypothetical studies during the Industrial Revolution and in the scientific era spanning from 1990 to 2000, which was called "the death of strategic planning."
In the context of the above, "education in professions" considered that reading and analyzing professional practices, addressing routine situations from the dimensions of professional development and scientific research of scientific reasons, in the discussion of pedagogy by researchers helps them discuss scientific models, develop a frame of reference that simulates professional development, such as Objective 17, and its reading for participatory community leadership.
