المستخلص: In parallel with the growing number of translations of the Holy Quran made by Muslims themselves, we are witnessing in this decade and a half of the 21st century the emergence of a large number of studies which try to analyze and assess those translations, with a clear inclination to contrastive stylistic and structural approaches. This article is intended to address the figurative aspects from a holistic perspective which tries to encompass the paratextual aspects that form an essential part of the general discourse of the envelope text that moves from one language to another. We will focus specifically on the Exegetical discussion, theoretically problematic, in the footnotes of the version of Muhammad Asad.

En paralelo con el número creciente de traducciones hechas por los propios musulmanes al Noble Corán, asistimos en esta década y media del siglo XXI a la aparición de un gran número de estudios que intentan analizar y valorar las traducciones, con una clara inclinación a los enfoques estructurales y estilísticos contrastivos. Este artículo pretende abordar los aspectos traslaticios desde una perspectiva integral que intenta abarcar los aspectos paratextuales que forman parte imprescindible del discurso general en el texto que traslada de una lengua a otra. Nos centraremos concretamente en el debate exegético, teóricamente problemático, en las notas a pie de página de la versión de Muhammad Asad.
