|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التمكين الإداري في ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية للمؤسسات الأهلية الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وزعت على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (183) موظف وموظفة منتمين للمؤسسات الأهلية الفلسطينية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الإدارات العليا للمؤسسات الأهلية في فلسطين تدعم التمكين الإداري من خلال تحفيز العاملين لديهم، وتوفير المعلومات الملائمة، وتشجيع برامج التدريب المستمر بشكل دائم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام الإدارات العليا للمؤسسات الأهلية في فلسطين بتعميق تطبيق أسلوب التمكين في الإدارة لما له من دور مباشر في ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية لها، مما يساهم في رفع مستوى كفاءة أدائها.

|b The study aimed to identify the role of administrative empowerment in rationalizing administrative decision-making for Palestinian NGOs in the West Bank, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool and distributed to the study sample consisting of (183) employees and employees belonging to NGOs. Palestinian. The results of the study showed that the higher management of NGOs in Palestine support administrative empowerment by motivating their employees, providing appropriate information, and permanently encouraging continuous training programs. The study recommended the necessity for the higher administrations of civil institutions in Palestine to deepen the application of the empowerment method in management because of its direct role in rationalizing their administrative decision-making, which would contribute to raising the level of efficiency of their performance.
