|a يهدف البحث إلى وضع مقترح لتطوير وتحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية في جامعة المرقب، والنهوض بالجامعة لتعود بالنفع على المجتمع والوطن، اعتمد الباحثون على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS)، وتوصل البحث إلى أن جامعة المرقب تحتوي على كوادر ذو خبرة عالية في مجالاتهم، وسهولة التواصل بين الإدارة العامة وباقي الكليات، كما لا يوجد أنترنت في الجامعة بوجه عام والمكتبة خاصة، كما تستقبل الإدارة العامة لجامعة المرقب كل الاستفسارات حول الأعمال التي تم إنجازها، بينما هناك نقص في المؤتمرات العلمية والدورات التدريبية التي تزيد من مستوى الطالب. وأوصى الباحثون بضرورة تزويد الكليات والمكتبات بالإنترنت والكتب الإلكترونية والمطبوعة وتزويد المعامل والمختبرات بأجهزة حديثة.

|b The research aims to put a proposal to develop and improve the quality of educational services at Al-Marqib University, And the advancement of the university to benefit society and the nation, The researchers relied on the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS). The research concluded that Al-Marqib University has cadres with high experience in their fields, and ease of communication between management General and the other colleges. There is also no Internet in the university in overall and the library in particular. The Directorate General of Al-Marqib University receives all inquiries about the work that has been progressed, while there is a lack of scientific conferences and training courses that increase the level of the student.
