المستخلص: • تتناول الدراسة مشاركة المعرفة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية، فنستعرض أولا التعريف بمشاركة المعرفة وأهميتها وأهم الأليات المستخدمة للتشارك ونقل المعرفـة من خلالها، ثم تستعرض الدراسة بعد ذلك الدوافع التي تلعب دورا بارزا في الإسهام بالمشاركة المعرفية، ثم تحدد اهم المجالات التي يمكن المشاركة ونقل المعرفة والعمل علي تبادل الرؤي والأفكار الجديدة من خلالها، كما تلقي الدراسة الضوء علي أهم الشروط اللازم توافرها لنجاح عملية التشارك فيما بينهم، وفي نهاية الدراسة تم إيضاح أبرز المعوقات التي قد تعيق المشاركة المعرفية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن ثم وضع أهم السبل والآليات المقترحة للتغلب علي تلك المعوقات، وذلك بالاعتماد علي المنهج الوصفي كاطار عام باستخدام أسلوب البحث الوثائقي لتجميع الجوانب النظرية حول الموضوع. • ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أنها برزت أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتي تلعب دورا هام في أنشطة مشاركة المعرفة حيث تعمل علي تسريع وتيرة العمل، وكذلك تحسين الاتصال الفعال والتقارب التقني بين أفراء المؤسسة حيث جاء تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال علي مشاركة المعرفة بأنها تسهل الوصول إلي المعرفة المخزنة في قواعد المعرفة وكذلك تساعد في تنظيم المعرفة حسب المجالات المختلفة، والحد من عوائق الزمن، والمكان فأصبح بسهولة المشاركة المعرفية مع الآخرين، ومن توصيات الدراسة وضع استراتيجية واضحة لتفعيل مشاركة المعرفة وذلك من خلال تحديد الإجراءات للمشاركة وتوزيع الأدوار والمسئوليات بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتوطيد العلاقات بين مختلف الأعضاء المشاركة، العمل علي تعزيز نشر ثقافة مشاركة المعرفة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال إقامة ورش العمل المختلفة والندوات التي تحث علي نشر العمل الجماعي وبث ثقافة المشاركة في كافة الأعمال وعقد اللقاءات العلمية المتعددة لتعزيز هذه الثقافة.

• The study deals with knowledge sharing among the faculty members of Menoufia University. First, we review the definition of knowledge sharing and its importance, and the most important mechanisms used to share and transfer knowledge. The study then reviews the motivations that play a prominent role in contributing knowledge participation and then identifies the most important areas in which participation, knowledge transfer, and work can be done to exchange new insights and ideas. The study also highlights the most important conditions needed to be met for the success of the process of partnership among them. The most prominent obstacles that may hinder knowledge participation among faculty members have been explained at the end of the study. The study then developed the most important ways and mechanisms proposed to overcome these obstacles by relying on the descriptive approach as a general framework using the method of documentary research to compile theoretical aspects on the subject. • The most important results of the study include that it highlighted the importance of information technology, which plays an important role in knowledge-sharing activities as it accelerates the pace and improves effective communication and technical convergence among the members of the organization. The impact of ICT on knowledge sharing is due to the fact that it facilitates access to knowledge stored in knowledge bases and helps organize knowledge according to different fields, reducing obstacles to time and place, so the knowledge sharing with others becomes easy. The study recommendations include developing a clear strategy to activate knowledge sharing by defining procedures for participation and distributing roles and responsibilities among faculty members to strengthen relations between different participating members. It also recommended promoting the dissemination of a culture of knowledge sharing among faculty members through various workshops and seminars that encourage the dissemination of collective work, promote a culture of participation in all works, and by holding multiple scientific meetings to promote this culture.
