المستخلص: حاولنا في هذه الدراسة؛ استشراف آليات يتم الاقتداء بها لتفعيل دور الأستاذ الجامعي في العملية التعليمية وفق النصوص والتشريعات المنظمة للتدريس في نظام ل. م. د بكل مراحله بدءاً من الليسانس والماستر والدكتوراه. في ظل تطور التخصصات الجامعية مع تطور العلوم المختلفة، واستحداث تخصصات جديدة، وبدأت الكثير من الجامعات تهتم بالإعداد لمهنة التدريس. فالتعليم العالي لم يعد مكتفياً بإعداد المتخصصين على مستوى درجة الليسانس فقط، بل امتدت عملية الإعداد إلى مستوى الدرجات العليا في الماجستير والدكتوراه. يعتمد نجاح أي تعليم عالي جيد على مدى ما يتوافر له من طاقم تعليمي، فهم الركن الأساسي لحسن أداء مؤسسة التعليم العالي لمهامها ووظائفها. وفي الغالب يكون عمل الأستاذ الجامعي موزع بين التدريس وبين البحث العلمي، ومما لا شك فيه أن التقسيم بين هذه الوظائف هو تقسيم اصطلاحي ومن الصعب وضع محددات دقيقة لكل وظيفة. ففي الواقع المعاصر أصبحتا متناسقتين ومتكاملتين وغير منفصلتان في مهمات الأستاذ الجامعي وبالتالي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي.

Nous avons essayé dans cette étude d'élaborer des indicateurs pour activer le rôle des enseignants de l’université dans le système L.M.D. L'enseignement supérieur ne suffit plus pour préparer les étudiants à la licence uniquement mais aussi de les préparer au master et au doctorat. L’enseigent prendre une responsabilité dans l’évolution de l'enseignement et aussi dans la bonne gestion des établissements de l'enseignement supérieur. Les tâches de l’enseignant sont l'enseignement et la recherche scientifique les deux tâches sont complémentaires dans les établissements d'enseignement supérieur.

In this study, we tried to look at mechanisms to be emulated to activate the role of the university professor in the educational process in accordance with the texts and legislation regulating teaching in the L. M. D system in all stages, starting with a bachelor's, master, and doctorate. In light of the development of university disciplines with the development of different sciences and new disciplines, many universities began to be interested in training for the teaching profession. Higher education is no longer satisfied with preparing specialists at the bachelor's level only, but the preparation process has extended higher degrees of master and doctor. The success of any good higher education depends on the extent of its teaching staff, who are the cornerstone for the proper performance of the higher education institution's tasks and functions. In most cases, the work of a university professor is divided between teaching and scientific research, and there is no doubt that the division between these functions is an idiomatic division, and it isn't easy to set precise determinants for each job. In contemporary reality, they have become coherent, integrated, and not separate in the tasks of the university professor and thus in the institutions of higher education.
