Abstract: هدف هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن واقع تطبيق ممارسات القيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قالمة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتماد الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، والتي تم توزيعها على عينة شملت (60) مبحوثا استرد منها (54) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، وبعد عملية التحليل باستخدام برنامج (SPSS.V24) توصلت الدراسة إلى: مستوى تطبيق القيادة التحويلية جاء مرتفعا بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.71) وكان بعد التأثير المثالي هو الأكثر اعتمادا من طرف القيادات الجامعية، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق معنوية في إجابات عينة الدراسة حول مستوى تطبيق ممارسات القيادة التحويلية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، العمر، التخصص العلمي والخبرة).

The aim of this study is to reveal the reality of the application of transformational leadership practices from the point of view of the professors of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Guelma, the analytical descriptive method and the adoption of the questionnaire were used as a main tool for data collection, which was distributed to a sample of (60) Retrieved (54) a valid questionnaire for statistical analysis, and after the analysis process using the (SPSS.V24) program, the study concluded that: the level of application of transformational leadership was high with an average of (3.71), after the ideal effect, it was the most dependent of the university leaders, in addition to the absence of significant differences in answers of the sample study on the level of application of transformational leadership practices is attributed to the variable: gender, age, scientific specialization and experience.
